Be very careful dealing with these people. First of all they will NEVER explain you anything in writing! I asked a few times to go over the numbers with me via email and not once they replied. They call instead so nothing is recorded. The screwed me on the rate ( added a few points on an agreed rate by saying the rates changed when they assured me that the rate was locked). Bunch of incompetent staff lacking basic skills to take an application over the phone. I got pissed and I told them I'll email the application when they asked me to repeat my address 4 times over the phone. Ani is the owner. The head crook of this operation. Be aware! The first four provided broken promises and heartache throughout the two-month process. I was continually told not to worry that they would get it approved.
