Dave Schram is not professional and only works with people, if there is a positive outcome for him otherwise his mission will be to outsmart you somehow into a contract to receive a payment for something he is otherwise not entitled to. Dave Schram, did not help me with my credit, and after I handled it on my own he still wanted payment, of course I did not pay him because he didn't do anything to help. So guess what he does, he sues me to pay him, because I had a contract with him and even though I handled the deletion of the negative reporting myself he still tried to sue me. Don't ever do business with this agency. They are debt collecting company. They ask the same amount that you owe to creditors. 10/3/2016 Felt the need to update after a few months of my own efforts and research. I decided to use a completely different firm to assist with my repair needs over the last 3 months. My scores are now all 700+ across all bureaus. Go figure Dave. The firm worked with me on each collection one by one, coached me on credit best practices and gave me step by step instruction on how to handle. Something David was not able to accomplish over a year of back and forth and "special tactics and relationships." PART 1: Business Practice To me the first and most important thing when having someone deal with your credit is that they are honest and trustworthy. Because of issues in the past where people who were supposed to handle very sensitive personal information were careless, I was was very hesitant. Dave and Marti were the best and in the end I felt very safe. They were very respectful and I had absolutely no issues. PART 2: Service So I needed help with a settlement, finding out about an account that was having negative affect on my credit and deletions. I appreciated that Dave was clear on the odds of each one. He never over promised on anything and made it clear that despite hard work not everything is fixable. Well, he fixed everything any way :) I feel so happy. The best part was the settlement, he settled for an amount that we could actually afford to pay. Both my husband and I feel free from a horrible situation that has been following us for eight years. Bottom line: If you are in a position where your credit and/or your credit score/FICO are in need of rehabilitation, and you are willing to make the effort required to fix things, then you should call Dave at 740Plus Credit Score Repair. He will either work to resolve your issues, or advise you on how you can yourself. I've read the 3 negative (the only negative) reviews for Dave on Yelp, and I can tell you that all three seem to be written by people who lacked the competence or the patience to work through the long and tedious process of fixing your credit. Dave was not the problem in those situations. My personal situation was one where I needed to work on increasing my credit score by going through my years-long credit history and paying off, negotiating, or legally removing items that were in default or late or forgotten about. I tried to do this on my own and quickly realized that its a massive effort to organize and compile all the information needed just for one credit account. I contacted Dave, who took a look at my credit report, and then provided a very clearly laid out plan with a clear fee structure and a very clear expected timeline for what may be possible. I had called other financial advising companies prior to Dave, and none of them were as thorough as he was in laying out the legality and financial issues that are involved in credit repair - and in providing a plain-english explanation of what is possible legally and what others try to do to try and cheat the system. Once Dave took my account on for review, he was quick to act, and I was very impressed by his extreme professionalism and diligence - - as if my account was the only one he was working on. He is very persistent - which if you are the kind of person that is needed help with organizing and repairing your credit, is exactly what you need (if you were persistent and disciplined about managing your personal finances, you wouldn't need to be calling a credit repair advisor would you?). A negative review written here mentioned that Dave called repeatedly about getting required information or paperwork to complete the repair process. I am not sure why this is a bad thing. I know for my personal case, I would either forget or misplace or just drop the ball on getting back or following up on items - - Dave was incredibly patient, and yes he did call and leave messages more than a couple of times - but I am grateful that he cared enough to do that when I couldn't do it myself, and in the end the result was a marked improvement on my overall credit health, FICO score, and most importantly, my personal wellbeing - - my stress levels and personal financial health have improved immensely since hiring Dave to help me with my credit. To summarize: whatever negative reviews you see here are much much more likely to be written from people who either never actually worked with Dave, or just uncooperative in the process of improving their credit. Dave is diligent, very knowledgeable of the credit reporting process/protocols, has relationships with many of the credit agencies and lending organizations, is very persistent (to the point that he will make sure you do your part to fix your credit, even when you're too lazy to act on your own), and his services are priced very reasonably given the high level of service and results you get. Fixing your credit is a long process that takes time and effort. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either involved in shady practices or doesn't know what they are doing. It's a scary thing to take on the credit companies. I had a large amount of debt related to some questionable billing. In February of 2017 I realized it was about time for me to purchase a home, however my credit had been tarnished by several little *bloops* these past few years so I knew I would have to overcome this huge barrier to even start thinking about purchasing one. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Dave called me today to discuss about the fee and how we will start the process.. He was explaining to me how he will help me build my credit since my credit is bad... I was taking note of everything he was saying, but I noticed every time I wanted to talk he will cut me off, or he would said "what" (smart ass) I was surprised how he will answer me that way... I was just concerned, The things he will tell me didn't make any dam sense. I had spoke with Experian yesterday to clarify some accounts on my credit and I mention to him what Experian told me and he seem to get upset because I contradicted his words... Then he refused to start my case.. Which its great anyways I wouldn't had done business with this guy since he sounds like a total crook...
