Wheat was recommended. They responded immediately and helped walk me through a couple of tests. It was determined that the end of cycle buzzer was on mute which was why it didn't alarm. Wheat also helped me with a spin cycle on our washer that wasn't working. He determined that the spin cycle on one setting was turned off which was why it didn't work. So both appliances were fixed quickly and I was only charge a service call and NO MORE PARTS were needed. Great group to work with!
