After what seemed like a good initial consult the good vibes quickly turned. One of my groomsman had to get in contact four different ways to make sure their measurements were actually recorded with the store. Fortunately my groomsmen received their tuxedos at their houses and by the grace of god they were measured and done right. I did feel the need to be in constant contact with the store having already had the one groomsman with an issue. My father and I had a suit try on scheduled and my father's suit did not arrive; this was four days before the event. To make matters worse, the store was aware of the third party shipping issue but it appears nobody with a suit on those trucks was notified. Samuels failed to have empathy for those traveling outside of Jefferson City to alert them some way. At 250 per suit rental I would advise going elsewhere. My rating might have been higher had their customer service been in any way exceptional but it was lackluster at best. I sincerely hope they have mitigated and planned for the issues I had but this was my overall experience.

If you think something is priced too high, wait a bit; they regularly run clearance sales. I've always received pleasant service from the very busy people running the outfit. And yes, they operate a cat shelter, which is separate from the main store. Animal rescue and assistance is the primary goal of the operation. For those with allergies, know where you can go or shouldn't go. A thrift store of any kind is likely not a good choice---I have five cats, so any items I donate will carry a degree of cat dander. For example, I am allergic to wheat, so I don't visit bakeries. Just saying. There is another animal assistance thrift store in town, and their prices are set twice as high. I spread my business between the two, but when it comes to ease of donating, Friends of Animals Thrift Shoppe of Eldon is tops. I'm heading out right now with a back seat full of second-hand items and a #20 bag of cat food for them. I'll probably explore the old jewelry while I'm there to see if there is anything to add to my collection for making Christmas trees. Last month I scored a whole bag of beads for a song. It's a great place and a great cause.

He listened to my story, knew exactly who my grandmother was and where the funeral was happening, and he reassured me that they could come through for us. It was afternoon here (in LA), so I know it was near closing there - but River City created and delivered a beautiful arrangement precisely on time. The men's section was surprisingly large, the amount of clothing was impressive. I ended up finding Calloway shorts in my size and with a color blend I could live with for 17 dollars, definitely a good bargain. The Calloway golf shirts were priced very well but they didn't have my size, only XLs and S. Overall, a good find in this empty mall in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Because the purchasing store wasn't friendly, I didn't feel comfortable reaching out to them, so I decided to inquire with Top Stitch. Not only were they extremely helpful and friendly, made a suggestion, which luckily seems to have cured the problem. Since then, I have purchased several accessories from them, as well as a B485 last week. Customer service is great! I am so thankful I found them. I will gladly drive 2 hours to do business with them.

I bought a used Pfaff 4.0 2 years ago and loved it. I'm embarrassed to say I called top stitch 2 days in a row. Each time, my problem was solved by one of the helpful staff. But the THIRD day, Tim himself, diagnosed what I had tried to do for 3 days! Over the phone, he analyzed I'd locked myself out of options. I'm happy to say the quilt is now done in time for tomorrow's shower. Most companies would tell me to bring my machine in for a free, of course! I live 3 hours away from the store, making that scenario impossible. I can NOT thank them enough for their courtesy, time and expertise. If you need repair or a new or used machine, I can't recommend Top Stitch highly enough!
