You can also choose to go in and check in at the kiosk and wait in their waiting area. Please go in and check in at the kiosk. I made the mistake of checking in on my phone. It was getting close to my appointment time and I still hadn't gotten a call. After about 10 minutes, I just decided to go in. I went in to the waiting area. Just as I sat down, they came out and did a last call for my name. They told me that they were about to remove my slot because they thought I was a no show. I explained that I did the check in/wait in car option. They told me that it was there doing COVID and it was never removed as an option. This moreso falls on their corporate office to have the option removed. The staff was very nice and understanding. So I felt a little more at ease. This was my only issue, as parking was great and it was a nice location.

On May 11, 2026, I brought my wife by Physicians Imaging to pick up a copy of a CT Scan from 2…read moreweeks ago. I followed their directions to send an email requesting this copy of her CT Scan. When we got there, my wife let them know that she needed her CT Scan. The receptionist said for her to sit down and she would get it. She noticed that the receptionist was very chatty with others in the office. She had to wait 20 minutes. She asked the tech who did her scan why this was taking so long. At that point, this tech went over and got the copy on the desk of the receptionist. It had been sitting there all along. I also called to talk to a tech in the office who went up to the front desk to check on the copy. She said my wife just went out the door. We were told if you email them then all you had to do is stop by and pick it up. This wasn't the case, but there was plenty of time to be a Chatty Cathy and not look for the copy of the CT Scan.

The science of Ketamine Infusion makes too much sense for insurance companies to my help pay for such a thing. They would much rather pay for pain medicine. To my knowledge insurance pays ZERO MONEY for Ketamine Infusion Treatments. Hunter Chatham, CRNA manages all IV Theropy, he too is excellent, professional and compassionate. He was the only doctor in the Birmingham area who was willing to refill my implanted pain pump. Before finding him, I had to drive to Slidell, LA every month to have it filled. He and his staff work together as a team. It is comforting to see teamwork in one's medical care. They are also very good at what they do, and each one plays a part in your care. I have suffered from hip and thigh pain since I had a defective hip replaced with a non-defective one. I thought that the pain was caused by all the surgery. Thank goodness Dr. Varley had other impressions. He discovered that the pain was emanating from my spine and that Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) was the solution. I had been having it performed on the other side of my spine for several years, with good results. Walking without pain is truly amazing, after suffering with it for so many years. After explaining that to them, they came back 60 days later demanding payment and threatening legal action for a $497 lab report. My wife paid the $497 via credit card, thinking she was in the wrong. I called BCBS and got them involved and come to find out LABFIRST messed up BCBS filing for payment and then had come after us . BCBS paid after i got them both on the phone and helped mediate, but the real BCBS price was $33.13, an overbill to me the patient of $463.87 on a $33.13 BCBS acceptable charge!!!!!!!!. 3 months and many phone calls later... Labfirst agrees they owe me back my $497 and have been paid by BCBS and now for the last 3 weeks say they have "processed" the refund and i should get the refund in 3-5 days. Now, over 21 days later. they claim they dont know where my refund is but it shows as having been processed 3 weeks ago!!!!!

Sends me a bill from some lab they say they did SEVEN MONTHS AGO! The broken English speaking billing lady simply says it has been "pending in their system" for this 7 months. They never filed any insurance ( a problem in itself that makes the bill $621 when it will likely ultimately be less than $20) and they never sent me a bill before now. This is the second time they've done this except last time the bill was almost a year old!
