The staff at Camillia worked diligently to acquire them prior to my appt so the radiologist would be able to compare images. When they had not arrived, rather than continue on, they suggested rescheduling, which was a mere 3 days later. I greatly appreciated their collective efforts, especially since I had waited almost a month for the initial appt. I will return for my next one. The front desk ladies, the techs, and the Dr were all efficient, thorough and kind. My appt was at 8:00 and I left at 8:25 with results having been discussed with me and a confirming letter in hand. I met with Dr. Courtney Gregory and she and her team were great. My visit was almost like a consultation to see how to proceed for the next visit. Once she asked her questions I went down to the 1st floor for labs. The nurse was able to get blood on the first try which is always a plus especially when you have small rolling veins. Check in was different because you utilized kiosks in this building that gave you a suite number upon completion. You then went through a door that led you to a long hallway of booths/office stations with suite numbers. Find yours, check in again with the individual at your designated suite and await being called for your appointment. I will say that the person I came in contact with to check in at my suite was lackluster. Could have been having a long day. Working with the public can be a drag. Not rude... just had no personality. Although it took a while to be seen - my physician was thorough, knowledgeable and willing to address any questions or concerns I may have had at the time. Pre pay for your parking garage ticket to get out faster on the floor before the main exit.

I feel like she is personally interested in my health and satisfaction with every visit. I look forward to seeing her. My children have seen Suzanne Vickers, the PA. She is very good at what she does and has the sweetest way with kids. She always remembers us and we chat like old friends when we see her. We've seen Dr. Glick just once, but she was very professional too. The staff have been helpful and courteous. We had some issues when our insurance didn't want to cover one medication but the staff worked it out for me by submitting a prior authorization form (my prescription insurance can be difficult to work with so I appreciate the way they handled it). I've been so many times that I can't give an actual number and we are usually called back to see the doctor after waiting from 0-15 minutes past the appointment time. I think most doctors' offices are like that. Once, we had to wait an hour, but that has never happened again (I guess everyone has a bad day). When you go, wear a sweater (even in the summer) because the waiting room is really cold! I'd recommend Dr. Groysman and her staff to anyone who needs a caring and thorough dermatologist.
