The process is also simple. Download the app, and find a locker. Drop your clothes in the locker and either choose that locker on the app or text a #. They will come and pick your laundry up and bring it back within two days. You will receive a text that your clothes are ready to be picked up and which locker # with a pin. Pretty simple and convenient process. I 100% recommend giving this company a shot.

The downside of this property is that they do not treat long-time renters very well. They raise prices 5% to 10% per year, so if you have been here a while, you may be paying double what a new renter would pay. In fairness, the local staff warned me about this when I signed up. I recommend this property, but only if your needs are short-term.

On June 26, 2025, I was told my unit was broken into and items were stolen. Auction was canceled just 2 hours before ending without informing me. The manager pressured me to pay my balance and sign a waiver before seeking compensation. This is unacceptable and raises questions about security. Be careful using this storage facility.

Also called the one on Independence and left multiple messages, 4 today alone. No response. After I was unable to access my unit, and they offered no assistance until 2 days before the end of the month, they have blocked my access code for non-payment of December. Realistically I should probably be refunded for November, as they offered no help to access the facility. I would have had everything out had I been able to access it, and had it not rained every day so far this month. Why in the hell should I be required to pay for December when they did nothing to allow me access in November when I was paid in full? Horrible customer service, and overpriced compared to local competitions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM PUBLIC STORAGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The one time that I was able to talk to the site manager, she was extremely disrespectful and nasty. Since then the price has gone up every month to much more than it is worth! The grounds are poorly maintained and full of junk. The Security Gate is often left open, as is the door to their Climate Controlled Building. The office is often closed during business hours; they don't answer the phone. Employees aren't particularly helpful or courteous. I don't feel safe here. The new ownership refuses to honor our previous agreement to prorate my last month.
