The bathrooms are permanently bolted shut & not accessible. Two months after moving in they will DOUBLE your monthly rent fee. If you complain the manager will say she will give you 3 more months at your original sign on rate so you don't move but when you try to pay the next month you'll see only a cheap $7 credit, not the original rate as the manager promised. If you value your sanity...use a different storage company because the stress dealing with this insanity, will make you regret ever choosing to do business with Public Storage.
