The care with which he did the job is outstanding. He was not concerned with getting in and rushing out but rather making sure the job was done correctly. That meant doing things that other companies do not take the time to do, e.g., sucking the water out of the carpet after it was cleaned. This made drying much quicker. The final result is fantastic.
