I really love the fact that they send you a link after inspection to go over everything that they have found with the price attached and you get to approve or deny any work being done individually with pictures showing you exactly what they're looking at and what needs to be fixed , instead of feeling pressured to get it all done at once. Everything was also reasonably priced and affordable. The waiting area is really comfortable with a couch, a large fan, a coffee station and water. They also have a shuttle in case you need a ride somewhere if you're leaving your car for a longer period of time. They have such good customer service, I believe it was the owner and Christian I spoke with when first arriving, they took a look at my tires instantly & they gave me their recommendations and didn't pressure or try to upsell anything. They are very trustworthy, reliable and as someone with anxiety, I found myself at ease with how they handled everything. They also do oil changes! And they have a German Auto shop right across from them that specializes in Mercedes and German cars! :) I was pleased to see a lot of Mercedes around ranging from older to newer as that was what I was bringing in. What I appreciated most about All Access is that they were honest and up front about the extend of the damage and the cost of the repair and transparent about the fact that anything less would not be worth the cost - even though they could have taken apart my engine for $800 and then told me the same thing. They also allowed me to keep my broken car at their location for a week while I figured things out. But Phil was calm and spent time to answer my questions about my battery warning issue. Seems he has nailed the importance of this small but huge aspect of customer psychology. For me, it's this initial contact that usually seals the deal in the decision to take the next step. Felt very comfortable after speaking to Phil that they would take a good look and confirm what I was experiencing with the car. Most people nowadays are reading up on the symptoms with AI, and a good shop imo assumes this interaction. Phil gave me a very reasonable quote and confirmed my hunches were on track. Took the car in first thing in the morning and spoke with a gentleman (maybe the owner) who took my report . No one rushed me, which is key for me. I understand that time is money, but so is trust.
