What I need in a smog check shop: - Fast and efficient smog…read morecheck - Decent customer service - NO insane conspiracy theory and propaganda on the walls Well, I got one out of the three during my visit here. Fast? Yes! The smog check was very fast. Infact, by the time I dropped off my car walked to the coffee shop across the street and came back, my car was done. Efficient? Yes! I passed and they sent my info directly to the DMV for me. Decent customer service? Nope. When I arrived, they barely looked at me, said,"fill this out", handed me a clipboard, and walked away. On my exit the worker said, "You passed. Cash or card?" I had to ask how much? Do I get paperwork for the DMV? Do I get a copy and receipt? Couple the above with the insane COVID conspiracy signage they have in the window. I only noticed it on my way out, but it said "babies are born dead due to the Covid vaccine. Don't get the jab" WTF?, is this is a smog check station or a Christian Nationalist 4Chan site? Definitely, won't be back here anytime soon.
