We were driving from Tracy, CA to Los Angeles using supervised driving when our Tesla alerted us that a tire was dangerously low. Turns out the back right tire was at 1 PSI. We immediately got off the freeway and pulled into a gas station--thank goodness Tesla provides such detailed warnings. We contacted Tesla roadside assistance through the app and opted to use Tesla insurance roadside service. Within minutes, a Tesla rep had a tow truck dispatched, and 25 minutes later it arrived. The rep also recommended American Tire Depot, which ended up being the absolute right call. I called American Tire Depot while waiting for the tow, and they immediately knew exactly what we needed. They confirmed the correct EV-specific tire, set it aside for us, and assured us they'd take care of everything when we arrived. Once we got there, the staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely reassuring. The cashier explained the importance of using the proper tire for an EV, and the team had us in and out in under 20 minutes. No upselling, no confusion--just excellent service. What could have been a stressful, trip-ruining situation turned into a smooth and professional experience. From start to finish, we felt completely taken care of. I've never used Yelp before to write reviews, but I had such a phenomenal experience at this location I needed to share it! Traveling between CA and AZ, my car ended up with a flat tire. After getting confused trying to find an America's Tire location, we ended up at this store and I couldn't be more grateful to Kasey and Tony specifically for their warm and caring customer service. Sensing our confusion and distress, they took it upon themselves to honor the promise of the other business, even though they are not affiliated. Thanks to them, we were able to be immediately seen and they were able to make sure my friend and I were back on the road in no time! i had a random flat tire and needed to be at an appointment at 1130am Rico gave me hope as far as not having to stress over a new tire he was able to fix my tire in time for me to get to my appointment. my main concern going in was I didn't have the funds to get a new tire the flat tire was such a random moment but Rico gave me so many options to help me and was able to just fix up my tire. his service was very welcoming and considerate beyond amazing quality of customer service I went in stressed and nervous walked out happy! definitely will be back to just get the new tire thank you Rico read more

Amazing customer service! Me and my boyfriend got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere at 1 in the morning. We eventually got the car towed to this place and they totally took care of us! I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you ever need tires or repairs and you're in the area, definitely go to them. Also, shout out to Tires and Repairs place down the street that welded the rim! He let me know that I needed new tires because they where separating. He had a quote in hand witch was nice so I got new tires and and oil change.
