They always went out of their way to help me, but the last time I went in, they took a couple women in before me that came after me so I just left and went to another Ramos over on the east side, I was very pleased with them they're used. What can I say about a tire shop that 2 days before Christmas not only answered my call, was very nice and helpful and got me and my car in and out of their shop within 30 mins tops. They weren't very busy when I went in and the owner not only didn't treat me like an inconvenience or take advantage of me with the cost because I'm a girl, he was extremely kind in my need for 2 rear tires before I left town for Christmas safely. Great tire shop. Reasonable prices & wait time. Came to them after Pepboys told me that they can't do anything for me. I had a puncture a little to close to sidewall about 1-1/2" away from the sidewall. Ramos tire shop did more than that. They also showed me the real damage to the sidewall inside. My rear driver side tire was leaking air. You could see a small piece of glass. Called Ramos tires and they quoted me for a $10 tire plug. Arrived around 11am and no wait. Great service. Called to see if they could patch a nail hole that was too close to the side wall for the big shops to fix and he said he could fix it. Brought in the car and he got right to work. Probably took 10-15 minutes for him to patch it and I was on my way. Price was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend this shop. I was leaving work when I suddenly felt my tires thumping as I drove off the parking lot. I literally pulled into the parking lot and two young men greeted me immediately and addressed the issue. They helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. (I was a bit frantic) I had a 30 min drive home, still had to pick up my son, and had a 2.5 hour class to show up to! Miguel is definitely the coolest guy yo work with....he will work with you on what ever your budget is and provide you the best tires he has to offer for the money. They have best selection of used tires in town. This is the only shop you can find many name brands and in full sets in terrific condition. I had to stop in Bakersfield due to some tire issues after hitting a pothole. I pulled up to Ramos Tires and they took care of me right away. I literally didn't even have to get out of my car. They were kind and courteous. It's rare to find a mechanic who offers both great service and bellow market pricing, but this place gave both. Well i was ran off the road hit the curb to stop from crashing which bent my rim. I went sunday they were closed i didnt know but they still helped me out finding a really nice used rim and saved it for me for monday when they were open. I showed up early monday they remembered me and helped me out quickly. All they charged me was $25.00. Ive had family members rell me for same thing they paid 50 at other places.
