I have many good things to say about The Showroom but I want to stress how efficient these guys…read moreare. The bathroom job below took 12 weeks due changes we requested. The Kitchen took a little over 4 weeks! The demo crew walked in on November 4th and the cleaning crew walked out on December 4th! Honest! We 1st hired The Showroom for a master bath remodel in 2008. Mark Carter is part owner & designer & Mark did a fantastic job with the lay-out & color scheme. This was a "right down to the wall studs & slab" rebuild. Demoed the old jakuzi, tiny shower, Hollywood lighting, vanity, sliding mirror closet doors & carpet. Came back with 24" tile flooring, a big glass walled shower with rain head & bench, cabinetry with bun feet, maximized the closet user friendliness & updated all lighting. We lived in that house another 10 yrs & never had a complaint about labor or materials. Good job, Mark, we loved that bathroom. We moved to a 1983 vintage house in 2018 & in September 2019 we hired The Showroom to update the kitchen. This also was a "bare stud" project. Mark now does his design work on computer so you see how everything will look & fit. The design & workmanship were good as ever & materials even better. All we knew was we needed more useable space & we had a color scheme in mind so we told Mark & got out of his way. The results are as good or better than for the old bathroom. The drawers glide as if on air & close themselves with a gentle shove & likewise, the cabinet doors never slam. We have so much more useable space we still haven't filled all the drawers or cabinets. We definitely recommend The Kitchen & Bath Showroom & would (probably will) use them again.

DONT BUY FROM CABINETS TO GO!!!!!…read more My countertop purchase was horrible....I checked the box to view slab before fabrication and they failed to call me. They cut it then called me and told me it was ready. When I told them I had checked the box to see the slab first and even had the sales person make a notation in the computer, they more or less said too bad. I then asked them to send pictures of the cut slab. When they did, It had a large gray vain running through it and it looked nothing like the picture of the slab that I ordered from. The picture I ordered from was cream colored with light soft gold veining. I had multiple conversations with Sherry Pennier and she was not the nicest person to deal with. She told me that I would have to buy another slab and have it redone. When I asked her for the number of her supervisor she refused to give it to me. After arguing she finally said she would have the next person up give me a call. Sean Demory was no better. When I asked him for the next person up he said he was it. He refused to give me an email or number of anyone else I could talk to. When I asked him what happened to customers were always right he said no they were not. So now we are taking a road trip to the Corporate Office Lawrenceburg Tennessee since I can't get any help here in Texas....If you would like to see pictures you can check it out on my Facebook page Susan Manchester Bell. Or message me on Facebook. I will be updating my journey on fighting Cabinet's to Go to make it right! When you offer for the customer to see it first and they check yes then by God honor their request! Other wise why have it on the forms.

HIGHLY recommend…read more Let me start by saying that this experience has been nothing but fantastic since the very beginning. My husband and I wanted to remodel our shower and replace the tile in our (tiny) master bathroom, and we were really anxious about finding a good, reputable contractor that wasn't going to price us through the roof. We came across Lotus's Yelp reviews and were really blown away by the reviews and the pictures. I contacted Cindy, and she responded within minutes and was out at our house within 48 hours to give us a quote. Cindy has been exceptional with communication on all fronts. We always knew who would be in our house, and we always had a good time frame on everything. We are so impressed with everything that Lotus brought to the table... competitive pricing, a compassionate & communicative PM/Owner, extremely kind workers (Hugo and Jose are awesome!!) and a timeline that couldn't have been beat. Thank you for everything, Cindy! We'll be calling you with any other future projects.

We…read moreactually found them via yelp, and were a little nervous hiring a company without any direct referrals. We had no reason to be! From the beginning, Cindy was communicative and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Our scope of work involved moving walls, and a complete gut of our kitchen, living areas and dining room. I have to admit that when Cindy estimated a 3 month turnaround (including inspections) we had our doubts. She proved us wrong - our project was complete and ready for us to move in two weeks early! We were very impressed with all of the subcontractors and the work done. Our home was treated with care the entire time. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean our house was kept, even during demo! During each phase, Cindy and Jose guided these first time renovators through each decision, and came up with creative solutions when the unexpected came up. Any issues were quickly resolved, even when it was simply us changing our minds. The only cost increases we encountered were items that we decided to add. They say that in construction you can choose two - on budget, on time, or good quality. Lotus delivered all three! We highly recommend Lotus for your next project!
