They added much more storage by removing the soffit and raising the cabinet height. The new cabinet inserts make the organization and access so much easier. On the remodeling side of their business, we had them replace our floors and countertops. We also decided to have them replace the cabinets in our powder room which really gave it an upgrade. The workers they use are thoughtful in how they complete the work. Joseph and Tony had great service and communication throughout the whole process. During the renovation process, Joseph would be present during the install or after a part of the project was completed for the day, Joseph would stop by to inspect and confirm that things were done correctly. I do appreciate his level of standards. Communication between us as a client and the company was very strong and effective. The outcome of this project was a beautiful kitchen. It has now been closer to almost two years since our kitchen was completed and I'm still in awe of the results. If you're looking for a company who can help do a project and just go through one chain of command instead of looking for several vendors, this is the company to hire. I also got to meet with Tony after the project was completed and he was super nice. They all are truly amazing at what they do. They also did the waterfall island, added more cabinets and repainted the old cabinets. She also knew which kind of marble I was looking for and helped me find the perfect one for my backsplash. Just look at the outcome! I couldn't be happier with my new stylish kitchen! They offered a 25-year warranty seal on the marble. I hope it will last, but of course I will be careful since natural marble are delicate. Three never bothered getting back to me, one quoted me way more than what I knew it should cost, and then there was Timberline. I called and spoke with Titus, who was incredibly helpful and responsive from the get go. He had a quote ready for me within a day, and we agreed upon a very fair price. I was told the order would be delivered in about a week, and it was. There was some minor damage caused to my garage floor by the delivery company, and I texted Titus immediately to inform him. He told me he would take care of it, and I'm actually typing this out as the work is being finished, only a couple of days later. He's a consumate professional whom I'd recommend without hesitation. We had a series of meetings with designer, Jenn (cant remember last name), and even Kara (the owner) participated in some of our meetings. They even created an artist rendering of what we could expect with the finished project which was icing on the cake for a husband with no vision! The total project took about 3 months and they handled everything from choosing the final colors, ordering furniture, light fixtures, and paints, completed install in a timely fashion, but always alerted us of timeline of project, including one delay due to item being on back order. My wife really wanted project complete in time for a special party and The Design Firm worked diligently to make sure project was complete in time for party, communication was outstanding and helped relieve wife's stress.
