I bought and shipped new tires for my Tesla 3P from Tire Rack (this was their recommended location). During my visit, their pneumatic tire changer croaked and unfortunately during the event, my wheel got scratched. Instead of making excuses, the owner completely owned the situation. He asked to keep the car so he could bring in a third-party specialist to repair the wheel at their custom shop. When I got my car back, the damage was completely invisible. The wheel looked as new. The lesson here is not about the initial mishap, but the recovery. I cannot speak highly enough of how the owner handled this inconvenience and resolved it with total professionalism. They have earned my trust completely, and I will absolutely use them again!
