I called and spoke with Tyler the co-owner and while he apologized, he never ask for my information and would not pay to get my car washed which I suggested. The next day, the same worker used the leaf blower again and blew dirt all around the tenants cars AFTER I had already mentioned this issue. If they've been in business for awhile they should know to warn people to move their cars or cover stuff. Really poor judgment.

Every step seemed to come with additional unexpected costs that were never originally discussed. Even worse, although we fully paid the contractor, he failed to pay multiple suppliers involved in the job -- including both the concrete supplier and the gate supplier leaving us dealing with payment disputes afterward. There poured and laid concrete broke after 5 days. The professionalism was extremely poor. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not honored, and the overall quality of work was unacceptable. The concrete started developing cracks within the first week, which clearly reflects poor workmanship and lack of proper preparation and finishing. They also failed to properly wash and glaze/seal the concrete after completion. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest work. Please do your research and stay away.

Eric and his crew tackled a tough job to level the uneven soil in our 700 sq. ft. +/- area in preparation for upgrading the existing soil to improve out backyard to install a new sprinkler system and Marathon I sod. (I hope that if possible, Resolve Landscapers wouldn't mind adding any additional information that I may have overlooked). In addition, Resolve installed PTL lumber along the tree line, a separate drip system for additional plantings around our trees, and added a B-Hyve wi-fi enabled watering system with multiple stations to allow us to control the timing for watering backyard areas. We also had flagstone stepping stone pavers installed in one of the corners of our backyard, with 3/8" Del Rio pea rocks to support the walkway. When it was actually time to install the turf, a crew of about 10 came out and they finished the whole project in about 8-9 hours. They were like a well oiled machine and everyone did their part to complete the install in a timely manner. He meets with clients himself, is reasonable in all of his dealings, and he tells it as it is. No fancy business store front and multiple staff you have to go through. It's just him and his installation team. I like that kind of business man. Anil came by our home and brought a vanload of samples and presented them transparently and perfectly. He even has a description of all his recommended turf in the back of the estimate; I love this because you can compare all of the turf specifications and I love that he leaves the samples for you to compare at your own pace and your own time. We had over 5 different quotes, but in the end, we went with Anil because his price could not be beat, he is LOCAL to the South County Area, and honestly I just really appreciated his no frills style. He's not coming in like a used care sales man but pretty much tells you how it is with his product. We have 3 other neighbors that have gone with him, so that shows you his track record. The installation went perfectly smooth, and I've done a lot of work on our house. I hate having to "be available" for contractors and their team. With Anil, we didn't worry about anything. We gave him our needs and special requests before installation and that was the end of it. His team was quick and efficient and definitely accommodating. In the end, we were glad we went with him and would recommend him to all of our friends, family and neighbor. We even referred our front neighbor to him and the completed her front yard the week after they completed ours. The pictures will speak for themselves. We went with the Denali 80 Turf - new pigmented technology so it is cooler in the heat. This is GREAT for our kids.

He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

I walked in to the store again and WOW they have done a HUGE remodel it looks beautiful! I talked to Chad and he honored the same pricing that he gave me 3 months prior back. Obviously they don't BS their pricing. Chad offered me professional installation but I'm more of a DIY type if person so I did it myself. He gave me an installation guide and showed me several pictures of installations done by home owners which no other company did. My project came out beautify with the help of the friendly and smart staff this company has! I'm thinking of doing my front and side yard now. Ever since I can remember I've wanted a putting green in my backyard so I can practice before demolishing everyone on the course. I looked around places like Home Depot and Lowe's but then then I came to Artificial Grass Liquidators and I was able to find the same artificial grass for half the cost; I don't know how they do it! I even got a coupon for 10 cents off per quare foot by ordering through the website with the coupon code 10centspsf I'm not sure if still works though you're welcome to try it. I called and spoke with Tyler the co-owner and while he apologized, he never ask for my information and would not pay to get my car washed which I suggested. The next day, the same worker used the leaf blower again and blew dirt all around the tenants cars AFTER I had already mentioned this issue. If they've been in business for awhile they should know to warn people to move their cars or cover stuff. Really poor judgment.

I would not recommend this company. Their lack of attention to detail made the entire experience…read moreunpleasant. The drainage tube was installed with the slope going the wrong direction, and the walls were not properly covered before the concrete was poured, leaving concrete splatter all over the side walls. The concrete also cracked less than three days after it was poured. It was poured on Monday morning, and on Wednesday the artificial turf guy was using a large plate compactor right next to the two-day-old concrete. I believe the vibration from that equipment contributed to the cracking. When I spoke with JC about the issue, he told me that concrete will crack sooner or later and that is why they do not warranty cracks. Concrete was poured directly on top of the soil, no gravel was brought first. While I understand that concrete can crack over time, I did not expect it to crack before I had even made my final payment. Despite my disappointment, I paid the remaining balance. After that, I never received any follow-up confirmation that the payment was received , or even a simple thank you.
