We received a letter in the mail from Patriot mortgage and honestly, assumed it was a scam. I google'd it out of curiosity and only came up with positive reviews so I called the office. We had a VA loan at 5.25% and refinanced to 3.25 and they even got us a lender credit and closed on a day that allowed us to skip two mortgage payments. They worked with us around the clock to get a quick close and we signed everything in our home at 8pm. They were ridiculously accommodating and saved us an incredible amount of money. Great communicator. Did not ever feel uncomfortable even though we reside on the opposite sides of continent. Big shout out to Blake Nuttall for he's patience, professionalism, and candor. The BEST!!! Just closed a great refinance loan with Brandon Dinsbach. He was able to find a loan for me at 4.625% which will save me almost $400 a month from my previous 6.25% mortgage on my 1974 manufactured home.
