The turn around time was quick and the cars were done when they said they would be done. They did a great job and both cars came out looking great. They included a complimentary window cleaning kit. Ceramic tint is not inexpensive but the heat abatement and UV protection is great and will add years of useful life to the vehicle interior not to mention making it much easier on the AC in cooling down the cars. We did get two other quotes from other shops in town and the price here quoted was competitive and ended up coming in slightly under the quote which we appreciated. We chose this shop because of the cleanliness and overall professional appearance and demeanor of the staff. If you are looking for Window tint I can recommend this place 100 percent.

My son generously gifted me a gift certificate worth over $870 to have my Ford Bronco tinted with what he was assured was the best film available. Unfortunately, what should have been a lovely experience turned into a frustrating ordeal that left us feeling cheated and angry. My son, who is quite knowledgeable about cars, made it clear to the manager that the Bronco had a soft top and that I wanted all the windows tinted. However, he was unaware of the issues we had previously encountered with this establishment when he decided to purchase the gift certificate. For context, last year, we had a sound system installed in my husband's truck by Tint World, and after the installation, we experienced a loud bass surge whenever we accelerated. We eventually had to take the truck to another shop for inspection, only to discover that Tint World had incorrectly installed the ground. We've also had several vehicles tinted at Tint World, including my husband's brand new $90k truck. When we got it back, we were horrified to find white, chalky chemical drips all over the leather trim and dash, along with two windows that had bubbles in them. We had to return for repairs just a week later. Fast forward to my attempt to redeem the gift certificate after Christmas. I called to schedule an appointment and was met with a frustrating runaround for four days about whether they could tint the soft top. Ultimately, they concluded that they couldn't, but instead of offering an appropriate solution, they suggested tinting my windshield! Are you kidding me? My son specifically asked if the soft top could be tinted, and Tint World happily took his money under false pretenses. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told that I could get a refund, by Jamie, since the service couldn't be performed. However, the story changed multiple times. First, it was a yes, then a no, then my son was called a liar, and shortly after, I was also labeled as such. This company has shown the absolute worst in customer service, failing to take responsibility for their misleading practices. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that refuses to own up to its mistakes. They need to do the right thing and refund the gift certificate. I urge anyone considering Tint World for their services to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Save your time, money, and sanity and take your business elsewhere.

A few weeks ago, a big truck hauling rocks and gravel that did not have its load tied down, broke…read moremy windshield. After doing some research and reading a lot of reviews, I decided to have my windshield replaced by Glass Monkey, which is conveniently located near the Boise Costco. Never having had as much as a rock chip repair, I had all kinds of questions about the process. Nicole went above and beyond in answering them, as well as scheduling my service. Originally, I wanted OEM glass, but due to a cyber attack on June 19, the ability to order parts via dealerships with an ETA came to a standstill. Because the crack was significant and in my line of vision, I was not comfortable with the idea of waiting up to 6 months or longer to have my windshield replaced. So, I went with OEE. Nicole assured me that my new windshield would be every bit as good as the original. I took her at her word, but I was nervous because I had read online reviews about people getting windshield replacements at other businesses which were not up to par with the original. I also know visual distortions can put you at risk for accidents while driving. I'm Type A when it comes to my vision. That includes my ability to see clearly through my windshield. I drive around with a roll of paper towels and a full can of Sprayway Glass Cleaner in my trunk. If anyone can tell the difference between an OEM and an OEE windshield, it will be me. I was in and out quickly. Over the course of the past three weeks, I have done a combination of city and highway. Nicole was right!!! I can tell no difference between my OEM windshield and my new OEE windshield. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Glass Monkey. Whether you're looking for rock chip repair or need a windshield replacement, put Glass Monkey at the top of your list! I guarantee you will one happy little monkey! Highly Recommended!!!
