At first, I read the reviews and most of them seemed good, so I decided to use this tinting company. I contacted the company and they provided me an estimate, date and time they would install the tint on my brand new vehicle. Everything seemed to be on the up and up. Installer arrived and installed the tint on my new vehicle. I pulled my vehicle out of my garage so I could get a look at the job that was completed. That is when I noticed that the tint installer damaged the interior of my new vehicle, which had 45 miles on it. I immediately texted the number, who set up the appointment and advised her of my findings. I sent her photographs of the damage. She stated MILTON would call me and make sure the vehicle would be fixed. Milton called and said he would have his guy "Chris", who fixes interiors. Weeks go by and Chris sends me several text messages saying he is coming to my house to fix my vehicle. "Smoke Screen" to make me think MILTON actually cares about his clients. A month later and my new vehicle still has damage and CHRIS and MILTON are no where to be found. I have texted the initial person and advised her that no one has fixed my vehicle. Again, she said MILTON would make it right. "SMOKE SCREEN" again. I'm looking into potential Legal Action against the company for the damage. I showed one of the workers, and he attempted to fix them but couldn't. He told me to give the tint some time to settle and come back if the problem remained. I also texted the owner explaining what was going on. He read my message, so I gave the tint time to settle like they recommended. After waiting, the creases were still there and looked exactly the same. I then tried multiple times to contact the owner by text and phone to schedule an appointment to have the work corrected. My messages were read, but I received no response, and my calls were ignored. That's extremely unprofessional, especially when you advertise a "lifetime warranty." At this point, I don't trust this business to touch my car again. The whole situation feels sketchy, and based on my experience, the reviews this place has definitely don't add up. I'll be paying another shop to fix their work. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean much when the owner won't even respond when there's a problem. I would not recommend this place.
