Went in for tint of front car windows midday today later today tint already has a bubble in right front window. In addition as I was driving away there was a noise in my trunk. I stopped and took a look and there was a part in my trunk missing and another broken part placed there that was hanging in the back. I reversed and went back the owner quickly became hostile so I said that's fine and he took the piece and put epoxy on it. I told him there was a part that covers the trunk and he insisted they did not open the trunk . I felt cheated but it's okay there is one who judges all. Please buyer beware ! I've been going to this place for years, they've probably done 40 to 50 cars between my company and my personal vehicles. I had two cases where the cars tint went bad, So I went back for them to replace the film because of a lifetime warranty. Even though I did so much business with this job they refuse to cover it because one I didn't have a receipt, one car was seven years old, the other was only a year and a half in the temple in bad. The quality of the job is second to none. I'm on my 6th or 7th vehicle with them and have never had any issues with the product. The only thing I will say is don't bother waiting, just drop your vehicle and go. If you wait, I'm sure they make an effort to get it done sooner but it's more like tint musical chairs and you will find they work on multiple vehicles at various stages at the same time. I just moved into the area have two-story windows that get direct morning sun in the back and direct afternoon/evening sun in front. Things would fade fast without tinted windows. I called five shops for estimates and while they were all somewhat close (O.K. one was way out of line), I found The Tint Shop to be the most patient, coming to the house twice, and not at all pushy in trying to sell the most expensive product. Scott explained the benefits of each product as well as his installation process and warranty. We ultimately chose what we felt would be best for us in terms of appearance and performance. Scott was here for two days, working slowly and meticulously which in the end, showed. Not a single bubble or flaw in the installation. Beyond that, he was friendly, honest, and cleaned up even the smallest scrap before leaving. Considering the personality of the shop and the quality of the work, I would not think of going anyplace else for residential or automotive tinting (no, they didn't do my car, but I'd certainly trust them to do it) and would not hesitate to recommend The Tint Shop to anyone who asks. read more

I purchased a 2014 silverado and had Scott at the tint shop tint it for me. He did an awesome job and used high quality 3M tint. Unfortunately I had to trade the truck in due to problems on a new 2015 silverado and the dealer threw window tint in the deal. I had the dealerships company apply the tint on the new vehicle and it is no where near the quality of The Tint Shop. I had to have three windows redone the next day, they used cheaper tint that looks purplish and there was dust in it. I will never ever go to anyone else but The Tint Shop. Lesson learned. read more

Warranty work doesn't fit their schedule. I've had 8 cars done there in as many years and the first time I need them, can't seem to get a workable appointment. Been trying to get it done for 3 months now. Monday- Friday only and 1 warranty job a day can be accommodated . If I'm willing to pay to have it redone I can come anytime.
