When comparing tint options, the installer only showed me CTX and Pinnacle in noticeably lighter shades, while Stratos was shown in a darker shade. This created the impression that Stratos was the only film available in the darkness I wanted, even though all LLumar lines come in the same shade percentages. Because of this presentation, I ended up choosing the most expensive option without realizing that CTX or Pinnacle in the same shade would have looked similar and cost significantly less. I showed one of the workers, and he attempted to fix them but couldn't. He told me to give the tint some time to settle and come back if the problem remained. I also texted the owner explaining what was going on. He read my message, so I gave the tint time to settle like they recommended. After waiting, the creases were still there and looked exactly the same. I then tried multiple times to contact the owner by text and phone to schedule an appointment to have the work corrected. My messages were read, but I received no response, and my calls were ignored. That's extremely unprofessional, especially when you advertise a "lifetime warranty." At this point, I don't trust this business to touch my car again. The whole situation feels sketchy, and based on my experience, the reviews this place has definitely don't add up. I'll be paying another shop to fix their work. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean much when the owner won't even respond when there's a problem. I would not recommend this place.

Roy did a great job getting a replacement Pilkington OEM BMW windshield in quick order. My car has…read morefull coverage and the insurance company was trying to say I would have to pay my $500 deductible for windshield glass replacement. Roy told me to call again as under Florida law they have to waive the deductible for windshield glass replacement if you have full coverage on your vehicle. I called back and they confirmed Roy was correct. Thank you, Roy, for your honesty. My windshield was replaced in about an hour with the light and rain sensors both working perfectly. I would recommend anyone to use Roy for their next windshield replacement as his work is excellent.
