Everyone I came into contact with at the office was beyond kind and warm and friendly. Especially dental assistant Ann, she talked me through everything she and the dentist did and was so helpful and reassuring. Dr. Piper is amazing and has a very light touch in the mouth as well. They were priced well and the office is lovely; located right in Clintonville. I am switching dentists to come back here for all future procedures. Everything is top notch - the services, the location, the office, the prices, Dr.Piper and all the assistants! I can't say enough good things about them and I will be recommending them to all my friends too!

The staff told me what to expect on the day of my appointment (Park in the lot, wait for a text to enter the building, wear a mask). I received the text and entered. Staff told me they would be taking my temperature with the contactless thermometer. Then I was escorted to x-rays and the exam room by Dental Hygienist Jill. The staff told me what they were doing and where we were going each step, which is comforting during a first visit. Both Jill and Dr. Piper were friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend the entire staff. Also, this location has its own parking lot in the back.

Most appointments are within 15 min. of the scheduled time. The staff, from reception to hygienists and assistants and ending with the dentists are extremely courteous. Your comfort and pain is the number one concern before any procedure is started. I have received calls at home from the dentist or staff to make sure a low or no pain level is being met. I will never go anywhere else, because you're treated with the same respect as family!

NO ONE was at front desk when I arrived to greet and take my information. Then the very nice young man, dental assistant, helped me (he was the best experience of my entire time there). He proceeded to fill out all paperwork, then they took me into the dental room where he took X-Rays (old school style). Not a problem at all but the young man, who was a dental assistant struggled a bit (it was his 2nd day on the job & no one was with him to help him). Although, extremely uncomfortable, I was patient with him b/c I wanted him to be successful and do great, which he tried really hard to do. After he was done, I let him know I needed to be gone by 1:45pm (1 hour and 45 min. after my appointment for a meeting). I asked if it would be a problem, he replied, "No!" He also, was so kind and went to check with the hygienist. All was well, until I asked for a status update at 1:15pm. He then asked for my dental insurance card based on the receptionist (who wasn't there when I arrived) request. I explained, who my dental insurance was with, my employer, and stated they verified when I called and I specifically asked if this office took my insurance b/c I do NOT have a dental card. I have a medical card, Driver's ID etc. but no dental card. Then they said they could NOT see me, after waiting 1hour and 30 minutes. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!!! I immediately called Broad Street Dental, guess what they looked up my information and viola, I AM VERIFIED & have an appointment. All I need is my Driver's License.
