I noticed some reviewers remarked about cost, but you should be perfectly clear when you have a procedure. Know what it is going to cost you and ask before, during and after treatment. You can call your insurance company to confirm authorization and costs if you want to be certain. A healthy mouth equals a healthy body and I'm confident I'm in good hands.

Numerous pissed off calls later they gave us some crap excuses about coverage and sending "numerous letters" (none of which were ever received), no calls or emails about outstanding balances. And procedures could've been pushed back a month to when coverage reset and would've left us with no bill. 2022 these crooks did it again. After a call with Jamie, their secretary she informed me ON THE RECORDED LINE that she would reach out to insurance on remaining coverage about the upcoming appointment. They would only provide the care that was covered and the rest we would bump to a future appointment once coverage reset. Needless to say, day of procedure they do not inform us of remaining coverage, instead do everything on the appointment and at the end ask for $2000. FULL well admitting they hadn't even billed insurance yet to know what the final bill would be. They wanted $2000 immediately because they were FULLY aware they had provided more services than we had coverage with and intentionally did not inform us. After insurance, another $1000 bill. Not saying healthcare is free, but this company is out here to trap you to make themselves more than they're telling you!!!!!!!

He explains the " what and why" of anything he wants to do. He has redone some crowns that have gone south from other dentists and it's been easy and they look very nice. He does the most thorough oral cancer screen I've ever had. As you leave, the staff gives you an estimate of what the costs will be for upcoming work, schedules your next cleaning and..... GIVES YOU A CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE that they make at the office every morning.

Everyone I came into contact with at the office was beyond kind and warm and friendly. Especially dental assistant Ann, she talked me through everything she and the dentist did and was so helpful and reassuring. Dr. Piper is amazing and has a very light touch in the mouth as well. They were priced well and the office is lovely; located right in Clintonville. I am switching dentists to come back here for all future procedures. Everything is top notch - the services, the location, the office, the prices, Dr.Piper and all the assistants! The staff told me what to expect on the day of my appointment (Park in the lot, wait for a text to enter the building, wear a mask). I received the text and entered. Staff told me they would be taking my temperature with the contactless thermometer. Then I was escorted to x-rays and the exam room by Dental Hygienist Jill. The staff told me what they were doing and where we were going each step, which is comforting during a first visit. Both Jill and Dr. Piper were friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend the entire staff. Also, this location has its own parking lot in the back.

I tried them out and I'm glad I did. Dr. Dey spends time with you and really gets to know exactly what you want. I have had some bad work done that needs replacing. I also need extensive work after losing a bridge. Since retiring my insurance is not the best. Dr. Dey even found a periodontist on my provider list that she consulted with for an hour and sent pictures to let him know what I wanted. I finally feel like I am in good hands and with someone I can trust.
