I work in the IL industry & am someone who isn't afraid to ask about a million things. The staff NEVER gets impatient. Was disappointed...They had a spider in a box which I thought was a box of stickers So I slide the lid open and the spider moved I dropped the box and plowed into the heavy metal door they have my cheek bone and my nose were injured. I went back a few months later and the box was still there. and to top that off they were out of edibles. Asked when they were getting more was told idk. read more

Amazing staff and menu selection, great prices with sale days, etc...all good things here, all of the time! They have a great online menu with the terpenes and lineage often listed (or pictures of the profiles) for the products. Really helps with selection, which are some of the best brands in the state! Very nice small shop. As a Washington resident the commute to this shop is well worth it for what they offer. Ive been a local here for a few months now and this is my go to spot. They offer a wide variety of things i partake in such as dabs or flowers but they have even more to offer and the folks there are real helpful in finding whatever it is you came in for. Mona was very helpful in helping me decide which flower to go with so i will definitely be back asking for some more help because they selection is very wide and theres lots to try. I'm a medical patient and I drove 30mins to they're shop and I've been there before all of a sudden I cant go in because I have tape on my id (so I took it off ) , telling me I need a passport or another form of id after I gave her my medical card , I've never had this problem before it's very frustrating. I usually find great deals here for flower, but they also got the best wax on a budget! Most of the time a dispo either does one or the other better. I went in to get some flower, which I'm not too great at picking out, I mostly use concentrates. I asked to see something from the sale shelf that I pre selected off the online menu. My budtender Mark then showed me a pre packed deal of the best flower I've ever seen. It was even cheaper and I would have never picked it out myself. My boyfriend went in to buy a 80.00 quarter of Blue Float on a Friday, which apparently isn't "Pog Day" anymore... even though the website doesn't even list what day pog day is... ‍ (Really??) Come to find out, it's Thursday.. which would have been extremely useful information before we drove over from Vancouver... How exactly were we supposed to know it changed? Psychic abilities?? Not cool. Also, it was kind of a "too bad so sad" attitude. No apology. Nothing. We have had great service in the past, but whoever was working today? 5/6? Might want to rethink having them be the face of your business for your loyal customers. I would like to know when I can spend the 19 pogs I have. If you get 1 pog for every $50 spent? This is near the airport so that's a plus since we are just visiting from San Diego. There isn't a lot of parking space out in front, but the store itself is small. Just moved to Oregon from New Mexico, after hearing great things about Americanna my friend and I decided to check it out. Upon arrival our IDs were checked and confiscated (respectively 23 and 21). The door guy insisted that we had been here before with another set of fake IDs. Told us very aggressively to get off the premises or the cops would be called. We were shocked by this and obviously did not leave as we needed our IDs. This man came back and claimed that our state issue IDs were not up to standard, claiming that he had an ID of my friend at his home. Keep in mind we just moved here days prior. The cops were not called and they eventually gave the IDs back, which seems like a weird thing to do if an ID were fake. Never coming back to this establishment and I wouldn't recommend to anyone new to the area or a resident of Portland. read more

So I feel like people here either love or hate AmericannaRx. I have two go-to's and this was one of em, until today. Go check out Mongoose Cannabis Co in SE instead! The bud tender helping me out, a girl that I've never seen before, kept trying to sell me on flower that's on sale bc it's old. I said no thanks, I'd rather stick to the $30ish range but fresher flower. After staring around for a minute or so she finally said it's all gonna be pretty old so she'll just give me the stuff that's not on sale. Like??? All these shelves of flower and you're gonna tell me it's ALL old? Whatever, I thought, it's just an 1/8th so I'll go through it fast enough. I just wanted to end my interaction with her at that point. As she's weighing out my flower, she starts talking to another customer about how he can get his weed while avoiding the mask mandate. She started that convo btw, not the other customer. They were both going on and on about how the governments been lying to us this whole time and masks are bullshit (she wasn't even wearing a mask, just a half face shield). Then ended the interaction with "stay safe. Wait, stay well! None of that safe bullshit." If you've ever been inside Americanna, you know that place is a tiny closet. I'm not stepping foot back in there with employees who refuse to wear an actual mask, probably aren't vaccinated, and only offer old flower. TLDR: only go to Americanna if you want old weed and the delta variant. read more

This is a nice little spot by the airport. I have to head out to PDX once in a while for work and I stay near the airport. This is definitively the best shop in the area for all you travelers who need some gonja, or you folks on a layover that want to do a quick bit of weed tourism. The person who helped me was really helpful and friendly and knowledgeable (Taylor? Sorry man, too much gonja). Anyhow, he answered a lot of my weird questions and helped me pick up some killer soaking salts from Empower. I work 12 hour days most days, so these things are amazing after a long day and flight. A very wide selection of flower, edibles, concentrates and pre-rolls. I would have liked a few half-gram joint options - but the deals on the gram pre-rolls were good enough, so that doesn't really matter. I read one review where some guy called this part of town "sketchy".First of all: What? Yo, I'm from Oakland and you're a super-bourgie yuppie. Second, just because brown people live somewhere doesn't mean it is sketch, ya goober. Burn some sage and think about your perceptions, maybe clean out those negative privileged vibes that have skewed your ability to see. Over all this is a great shop to head into if you in the area. Besides seeming like some sort of psychedelic speak and say from this entrance, the very first thing you are greeted with is a windowless room, removing any view of the budtender, they are behind a fogged glass with a camera and speaker to inform you that the wait times maybe long, once I entered I was greeted by 4 employees. though nice enough none of them actually seemed to understand the products they where selling, let alone which product was which. funny enough the lady helping us kept asking which container contain which product, but the names are on the side of the jars. the products where listed with different color coding, I had originally thought this was to denote the type of weed, (sativa, Indica, or hybrid) they informed me that it was price differences. after looking over the list i did notice that there was a price difference between others, so I specifically chose 2 different priced plants. instead i was somehow charged a completely different price from what was listed, they had to bring out a calculator to figure some percentage, and the price I got charge for both not only was the same price but it was $4 higher then what was labeled. When I mentioned this, all I got from the budtender was a "Huh, that's weird" but she just moved on. The big reveal and worse thing about this is when I got both types of product home and started to grind up the weed, both bags of flower have so many seeds its almost impossible to find any to smoke. I have now the ability to grow 25 plants with the seeds I've now gotten, and those are just the ones I've deemed worth it, all in all I'm still picking out seeds and so far have gotten a little over 115 total seeds. I'm beyond disappointed. and frustrated, this is medicine for me and I'm on a fix income. Not only will I refuse to come here again. I truly hope they get shut down as to free up a dispensary license for someone who actually cares. read more

Dude was pushyyy. Showed us the overpriced stuff first, didn't really have recommendations (told him I can get anxious, that I wanted a giggly body high), all the weed he showed us looked super dry. The gram I bought was the skimpiest gram I've ever seen. While I was there, I also bought a bar of chocolate from grön. This thing is actually TINY. If I'd known the bar itself was a centimeter thick by 14 centimeters long I would not have spent $30 on it. The packaging is roughly five times the size of the chocolate inside, and the massive CBD content the pushy dude bragged about is per /bar/ not per serving. There are a zillion other better shops to buy from. I'm never going back to this one. read more
