When I called, a lady by the name of Diana answered, and when I gave her my information, she told me I had to pay $60 for my visit. I didn't understand it because I explain to her that my deductible has been met and that after the assessment they should be billing my insurance company and I should be responsible for only 20%. I even called back my insurance to verify this, but when I called back continued to tell me that it was $60 because that is what she saw in her system. She offered me to speak to a manager which was nice of her, but I was left on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and I'm not calling back. It's a shame because I am ankle surgery and they really close to me. I don't know what's going on with Office staff these days, but they are a reflection of the practice and the fact that a manager left me on hold for 30 minutes is terrible business.

Once I got to their office I was told that it's no longer $6500. It was going to be more like $16,000 because I needed extra work. Once I was convinced to move forward, at my second visit I was told I was no longer going to need all the work I first was told about. But since I was already charged for the work, I would have to wait about a week to request a refund by email. Even then it still turned out that they full price was closer to $14,000. On my last day before I had to fly back home the veneers did not all fit. I was there all day waiting for them to try and re-do the 3 veneers that did not fit. By the end of that day i was given the bad news. That 1 of 3 veneers would not be done on time before having to fly back home. It was Friday and they didn't work weekends. To them it was simple, stay few more days but for me it wasn't that easy. I was already there a week with double the expenses. I couldn't stay any longer. So I had to fly back with a front tooth/ veneer missing. Once I got back home that's when I felt all the discomfort and pain from all the work they did. The swelling had gone down and now I could see how bad their work was and all the gaps they left me. Not only that. They struggle to get a refund was a nightmare and with no one to respond. So my only advice is to anyone considering this place is DONT. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
