Attempted to get Patio Doors and service was awful. Scheduling was tough as it appears they weren't interested in coming out for patio door only. After canceling I heard from what I believe was manager who did come out to provide an estimate. The sales pitch was pathetic and saying 15K was discounted was insulting. Only way he would come down if I did lot of out pocket cash. Average price if patio doors installation is 2K-6K, yet he called them a platinum company doesn't do stuff close to that. We'll I don't have platinum monies to spend 12K-18k on patio door is ridiculous. I was told to call 800 back and got the same runaround when I called earlier in the. So I'm now a former customer as their prices are now obscene. I wanted consumers to be aware. Unless you want Buckingham Palace doors.

The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. Our experience with NGRW began both from a personal reference (same customer with two previous home…read moreinstallations/replacements) and a professional reference (head sales guy personally vouches for them), so we knew there were some reputations on the line for the referral. Jonathan (owner), Kevin (salesman), Jeff (installation foreman), Clint (QA/project mgr), and Christine (accounting) were responsive, timely, and thorough in their explanation and clarification of all charges, transactions, and day-of processes. We got an estimate for 18 window INFINITY replacements (upgrade from 1970s construction) including two large picture windows, in early April 2020, with installation on May 26, 2020. After a wonderful day-of installation experience, we moved forward with french door MAX CRAFT replacements for the singular front door; installation occurred on July 24, 2020. The front door had some irregularities in the sealed glass panes and required entirely new door replacements after the initial framing was installed. The QA/PM (Clint) personally oversaw the replacement process to find the best door panels with the least glass imperfections, especially knowing that we will (have) look out new front doors regularly! NGRW was wonderful in working with us to secure project funding (Synchrony), include credit card deposits, and augment final settlement with cash funds. Once you buy even one window with them, you are locked into pricing for life! The manufacture of these fiberglass windows avoids the warping with vinyl and rotting with wood; the insulation presents a new level of sound insulation (we live on a busy through street) and better climate control in summer (our upstairs HVAC died at the end of the cooling season) and winter. We are now moving on with window replacements at the back of the house, along with a new backdoor of a more-simple design. We refer Jonathan and his team to anyone/everyone looking for window--or door--replacements, and we are happy to be included in their business family for the life of our home ownership.

Later initiated and signed separate order to purchase additional lockset for back door to ensure same cylinder keying. Received text and email messages on December 9 and December 11 that project is now on hold and that my action is required. On Dec 10 I scheduled installation dates with NG but salesman is no longer in loop and no NG project manager or specific contact person has been identified. Today called NG back again but nobody can explain why project is on hold again. Hopefully project will be completed soon and everything will progress OK. Not a warm feeling that all is well.

Oscar simply told me that it was not possible to change the order. Not sure what you heard on your end, but that's the truth. I would have been open to that. Also, the door I received is not custom, it is a standard size, only the framework around the door is "custom" as is ANY door frame. Here is the language from my contract: "Re-frame the opening to accept a door: 5/0 x 6/8" And from Google: Yes, a 5/0 x 6/8 (60 inches wide by 80 inches tall) is a standard size for Neuma's sliding doors. Neuma offers this specific size as part of its standard offerings, particularly for its Bypass Gliding Doors." So actually, switching my order to French doors would have simply involved extra paperwork. Update: I am lowering my review to one star because Exovations refuses to address the door issue. After a few months it has become apparent that I can't use the heavy glass patio doors they installed. I am disabled and over 65. It is very difficult for me to pull open the heavy door due to a spine injury, and I have tripped on the large threshold. I sent an email to them before installation, stating I needed the door opening to be at least 40" wide to accommodate a wheelchair, and they gave me one that opens to only 22" wide. I recently emailed them to ask that they change out the patio door to French doors, which I wanted in the first place, and they refused. It will now cost me thousands of dollars to have the door replaced.
