If I could give zero stars, I would. I arrived on time and waited an hour for my appointment to not be seen by anyone. I decided to get up and leave as I had other things to do and they didn't know when I would see a doctor. Every time I go, I wait for at least 30 min for the process to start. On the weekends, they now do virtual doctors. They never actually know when a doctor will start the scheduled appointment time via zoom or whatever online platform. My husband had an appointment at VisionWorks that started 10 min after mine, and he was done with his appointment prior to me even getting started. Definitely don't go here. read more

We made all the kids appointments together and they kept taking other patients over us we waited 3 and a half hours just to cancel the appointments because in three hours only one of our kids was seen and they were not that busy. Horrible service ! Apparently the doctor was only on call and wasn't even in the store. read more

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Koe. He was so kind and had a great conversation and he had me in and out less than 30 minutes after my eye exam. I will say that I did have an appointment at 10 and it did take a little minute to get seen but all in all everybody was kind. I highly recommend working with Koe after your eye exam if he's available. read more

Worst experience ever after leaving for a couple of yrs because of this same reason. Scheduled and contact exam back in Sept 2024 Still Haven't Received them Yet. Left them about 2 yrs ago because of the Poor Customer Service. Came in and Was Entered as a New Patient(Created whole New File) which in fact i Wasn't (Over 10yrs of Going to Them) when I tried to explain that I should already be in the system I was told after so many yrs it automatically erases my History (Lies). So instead of paying my regular Co-Pay I had to pay the NewbPatients Co-Pay which was Higher than I Expected? Went through the Exam And a Trial Pair was Ordered. Me thinking that I was able to use my insurance for Contacts. Then that's when they Told me that I would have to come to a Follow up Appointment Because I was a New Patient. Again I Trued to Explain that I was not a New Patient and I'd been wearing Contacts for yrs. Dr. Would Not Approve my Prescription Until I Showed up to The Follow up. With Finally an Approved Prescription The Remainder of my Insurance was Used to Purchase My Prescription. After being told I'd be Notified within 2 weeks from that date. I Called up to check myself on the Status and was told they were on back order??? So I Waited Another 2 weeks with No Updates AGAIN. Staff Still Stating They're on Back order. By Then I Began To Question whether They Could Communicate With the Manufacturer their self and was immediately told that there was not a way to contact them. They insured me that they would give me an update on the situation again Never received a call back. After Another 3 weeks I called Frustrated about The Overall Process of my Situation. Going on 3 months Without My Prescription and Not anyone Seeming Concerned I Came to the store in person to see what was going on. Again Told still on back order they'll give me a call with Updates. Another week went by so I called again Checking on my Order. Finally got the Answer we had to cancel and reorder your prescription and that they did in fact Email( A form of Contact to the Manufacturer their self) Rhat there was a Glitch in the System??? So I would have to wait 2 weeks for them to come in. By then I wanted something for all the Inconvenience ,frustration, unnecessary Trips, Miscommunication, unprofessionalism. I was asked then in a Very Disrespectful Manner what Would I like, What could they Do??? I Had to Come up With My Own Suggestions to ratify my Own Discomfort in What was going On??? Free eye care, can I change out my insurance for Glasses, or Heck after all this time and the contacts for free???? Also I was told in A Unprofessional way That the DM most likely wouldn't respond immediately and again I would have to Wait. An hour Later I FINALLY GET A CALL BACK. Stating that she would Honor the eye care club and I could refund and reuse insurance for glasses. So at this point I've argued for eye care club that I will never use because of this visit I will not be coming back to be treated like this ever again. They ordered 6 Trial pair in place of my insurance order Delayed 3months. Trial contacts that I was told initially that I couldn't get because it wasn't my actual Prescription to Be able to see while waiting. So After being told No At First to Any Of My So Called Demands I was able to pick out a pair of frames for the Insurance. I began the process of going through the insurance and was Told I'd have to pay for another Co-pay this time to run the insurance again. Frustrated I asked what about the $50 co-pay from the first time no answer. I stated that I shouldn't have to pay for another Co-pay co-pay if I'd already paid before. Then it was what my Insurance covered I'd have to pay the rest $10 wasn't a big deal. Since I wasn't gonna need the eye care club can they please help with transitions for lenses and anti glare they told that they were positive they could get that done and I would only have to pay for the difference and the $25 co-pay. Make sure you have all of your insurance info confirmed before going in otherwise you'll be spending your appt doing their job of calling your insurance company to find out if they can take the insurance or not. When I called to make my appt they told me they take UnitedHealthcare but it turns out my insurance is under a special branch that they don't take. Nice people that do the bare minimum. read more

i had a screw fall out while traveling ao I stopped to inquire if I could have my glasses repaired. I was warmly greeted as soon as I entered the building. i asked if anyone could find x me glasses and Bree immediately tasked herself with doing it. Fatima later assisted her and completed the job. I am very disappointed in this clinic. They did not want to attend me because my English is not good. I called a friend who wanted to help me as an interpreter and Kelly Johnson said that the doctor couldn't use a translator because he only had 20 minutes to see me and he couldn't waste time with me since there were more patients waiting, which was not true because It was just me at the clinic. I think Kelly Johnson could be a little more professional and kind to clients since I am paying for a service. My fatal experience and I do not recommend anyone to come to such an unprofessional and unethical clinic. Maybe they need more sweet people like Bria at this clinic. Estoy muy decepcionado de esta clínica. No me quisieron atender por que mi inglés no es bueno. Llame a un amigo que quiso ayudarme como inerprete y Kelly Johnson dijo que el doctor no podía usar un traductor por que solo tenia 20 minutos para atenderme y no podía perder el tiempo conmigo ya que habían más pacientes esperando, cosa que no fue cierta por que solo estaba yo en la clínica. Creo que Kelly Johnson podía ser un poco más profesional y amable con los clientes pues yo estoy pagando un servicio. Mi experiencia fatal y no recomiendo a nadie a venir a una clínica tan poco profesional y ética. Quizas necesiten más personas dulces como Bria en esta clínica. read more
