That's unacceptable. there's a few other problems too, but I'm not gonna go into it here. Remember this isn't about Dr. Manocha. May not be going back. Not sure if the doctor knows what is going on.

Every member of the staff was highly professional, yet caring and friendly. Without exception, they always put me at ease--at my initial visit, during both surgeries, and at my follow-up visits, Dr. Schulze, himself, and his staff were not hurried in dealing with me at any time. They all invited questions and answered them thoroughly and clearly. The results of both cataract surgeries are wonderful, much better than I had hoped. I was told someone would call soon from Schulze Eye to schedule an appointment. Almost one month goes by and no word from Schulze Eye. Thinking I might have missed their call, I dropped by the office of Schulze Eye on May 7, 2026, to see if I could schedule an appointment. I met with a friendly black lady at the front desk who informed me that I had not missed a call that, in fact, the person who processes referrals has been out on leave and that she would most certainly call me within a week. That did not happen. On May 18, 2026, I received a call on my cell phone which indicated "Potential Spam". Of course, I did not answer. However, upon immediately checking my voice mail, the call was from Schultz Eye, requesting that I call them back to schedule an appointment. I called back right away and was transferred to their voice mail. I left a message with my identifying information, requesting that someone call me to schedule an appointment. Today is May 27, 2026, and I have yet to hear from anyone at Schulze Eye Center. Obviously, scheduling appointments is not a top priority at Schulze Eye and staff are not being held accountable. Such I attention to patient needs makes me question patient care at this facility. I suppose I'll be calling Low Country Eye for referral to another provider.
