He obviously enjoys dealing with people, many older , who need help with hearing . He has always been kind, considerate, helpful, honest, and knows his field.

I've looked at Pearle Vision and was impressed as this shop runs a close second. Dont waste your insurance or your personal money on the program. On our sons last day, which we did not agree with ( your opion doesn't matter to them ) because our son still was not sleeping at night, and still having to be restrained for emotional outbursts. We informed the staff multiple time that trazadone no long worked to help our son sleep. So guess what they reperscribed, trazadone after retrying it with the same outcome as before, no sleep. I had to complain serveral more times and actually keep him out one day because he had not slept for two nights and they dat he came back was his planned last day they actually listened and changed his meds for sleep. The med changed only happened after we reached out to his fantastic psychiatrist at childrens in St. Paul did they listen and make a change on our last day. 2 hours into his last day at the program we were call to pick him up because they had to restrain him, he lost control of his emotions. Which is why he was there in the first place. He was no better off when they discharged then the day he started. Other items of concern for us were when his therapist flat out lied to us, they state the hour are 8:30am to 3pm but they never started on time 8:45, 8:50am. We were supposed to get daily updated on his behaviors everyday, in 3 weeks of treatment were received 3 updates. Never once did they ask how his afternoon and evening went. The " family therapy consisted of a 1/2 hour session where you where given the names of other programs and or therapists to see. The only real information we received about his behaviors while in the program were phones calls to let you know they had to restrain him. But we were never given the facts that lead upto him needing to be restrained. I loved the statement on the discharge papers was He is safe to return home and to school. I don't think so he is no better off today then when he entered the PHP program. Complete waste of time and money. Don't waste your childs and your time there. They don't listen to you as a parent, you receive little to not feedback whenvyour child is in the program, they ask you for no imput as to how things are going at home while there. And the absolute best part is being lied to by a therapist and then having said therapist deny what they told you. Communication back and forth between the parents and staff is so important in figuring out the best course of meds or continuing therapy for your child, but there was almost none of that. A completely disorganized mess. NEVER UNTIL THIS EXPERIENCE HAVE WE EVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANY SERVICES FROM CHILDRENS. But they failed completely in there Roseville PHP.

Jackson had my scooter for over four months (not during Covid). They said they changed the batteries, but no difference was seen. I was also billed for a trip of which never happened because we picked up the scooter ourselves. They did not tighten up the arms like I specifically asked them to. The receipt that they sent home had no dollar amount, probably because it was a waiver program. A company with integrity would cross their T's and dot their I's and complete the paperwork in its entirety. They don't return my phone calls when I inquire about what work they've actually completed We will never work with them again.

At one point I was told they left my brother a message, but by then he was not only very ill, in the hospital, AND his phone was never set up to take messages. With the wonderful care I've been given at Miracle Ear in St. Anthony, I am finally hearing again in that ear. Yes, it wasn't fun not being 50 yet and told that I need hearing aids, but the best part is that my friends and family never even knew I had them in until I said something. The staff at the St. Anthony location are wonderful. They take the time to get to know you and actually listen to what your concerns are and help you find a way to adjust your aids to fit your needs. I've noticed that I'm not saying Huh or What quite as often as I used to. It's nice to hear a full conversation instead of just bits and pieces. I truly appreciate them!
