I have been coming here as a loyal customer for over a decade and will definitely NEVER be back and will make sure all of my friends and family do the same. Never in all my years have I been treated so horrendously! Was having a technical issue with a credit card at checkout and it wasn't working. I explained to them what was going on and that I was there on a lunch break and time was running out. I offered to leave them my credit card information as well as a copy of my drivers license so they could run it later when the issue had been resolved. I was told by the owner, Tim that my only option was to leave them my physical driver's license (which is illegal) and if I left he was going to call the police and report me for theft! Did I mention I have been a loyal customer there for over a decade?? Horrified at this horrendous treatment and under the severe duress of his threats, I paid cash and left. Not only is this horrific customer service with illegal business practices but it is even more disgusting after being a loyal customer for over a decade. No wonder there is always all new staff every time you go in there. Can't keep good employees with a misogynistic, narcissistic, arrogant, white privileged douche bag manager/owner. The employee at the front desk laughing and sneering at me the entire time was a joke and beyond disrespectful as well. I will be filing complaints through all applicable channels including the police for false imprisonment. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else! I LOVE RADIANCE MEDSPA!!! My mom, sister, and I went to the Woodbury location of Radiance MEDSPA on a Saturday afternoon to get 60 minute facials. There is a large parking lot in front of Radiance and once you walk inside you are transported into Medspa heaven. They offer a wide variety of skin products in their front lobby and after checking in we were moved into their fireside room. We were offered drinks and time to use the restroom before beginning our appointments. For this 60 minute facial my esthetician was Rachel G. I asked her for a relaxing facial with derma-planing - this is an extra charge on top of the facial. She gave me an amazing face massage while washing my face and then moved into the dermatologist-planing & extractions. She then used face masks and while they marinated on my face she gave me a scalp, neck, and shoulder massage. Rachel G was a great esthetician and I am so excited to visit her again! read more

Full disclosure- I love spas and have been to more than my share of them. When I booked their Radiance Renewal Package (a massage and a facial) I was hoping this would be nice, but I did not expect to be as welcomed, relaxed, and impressed as I was. They are located in a retail space so upon first driving up, there is just a door at the far end of the building. But open the door and you are greeted into a gorgeous colorful oasis. The lobby is a nice size and they sell quite a few brands- Eminence, Obagi, Skin Medica, Neocutis to name a few. We did a cardinal spa sin and we arrived a few minutes late(!) but the front desk was very kind and calm about it and we started relaxing. The front desk person walked us into a lovely large waiting room and she offered us waters while we filled out our paper work. I was then taken into a consultation room by my aesthetician Kate where we talked about my skin and what I wanted out of the day. Honestly I was still concerned about the time -because of our tardiness- but she insisted we had plenty of time. That was so nice! After we discussed products I used we went into the treatment room. I was blown away by how pretty it was- lots of dark wood, a closet for my clothes and purse, and an electric fireplace. Many thoughtful little touches. My facial was wonderful. I had told Kate that I wanted to relax so we talked a little and then she did her magic. It was relaxing and perfect! She told me about a few specials they were having, and it was obvious she was very knowledgable about skin care, but she did not try to upsell me on anything. When we finished I went to the next treatment room for my massage. And that was equally lovely. Ping addressed my concerns and had the perfect touch. After the treatments I browsed the lobby and found a few products to purchase. Checkout was friendly. I will definitely be back. read more
