The floor turned out extremely well with even the HOA manager and board President commenting how well the completed job looked. Affordable Garage ground the concrete 4 directions, cleaned all cracks and sealed and then applied the basecoat and color flakes. Once the basecoat and flakes were cured the topcoat went on. I got 3 estimates for the total project, and ending up going with Brian to get the entire project complete. His estimate was in the middle as far as cost. From the 1st stage of demolition, to the last countertop being installed, Brian made sure that all the details were covered, and that the project moved along smoothly. He did quality cabinet work, and clearly took pride in all the work that was done. I could have gotten it all done for a little less money, but am confident that I paid a fair price.
