Our sales rep indicated that our application for painting would go through but with $30,000 for painting and board replacement seemed kinda high and they just ignored us after our application was put through. We don't have bad credit. In fact we have a 680 credit score so I don't understand it but it's so bad of a company to do that. I will never use them again. read more

I have used their services three times now. First was redoing the stucco and repainting the exterior of my house. Second was installing 3 brand new doors and painting them. Now I've had them paint the wall surrounding my back yard. They did fantastic with each job and were very timely. I think it's pretty impressive how consistent the quality of the work is and how easy it has been each time to schedule them to get it done. 15/15 stars (5 for each time I used their services). I had originally asked for a painting quote, but they wanted to repair siding and stucco other painters overlooked, so the results would last the length of their warranty. The wood repair crew, stucco crew, and paint crew all came in suitable sequence and the whole operation was done in 7 days without me having to manage multiple contractors. Additionally, we got use of their color consultant to help us work out paint colors. The results are wonderful. read more

I initially gave this company a good review because that's what they me to do because they made promises to me that they did not keep. Jaime the owner will not follow through with the compensation that he promises. I paid $11,000 for them to paint and repair the outside of my house. It should five days. It took almost 3 months. they used a painting company they never used before, they got paint all over my driveway, sidewalk all over my patio. It took them numerous times to repair all the mistakes they made. They are smooth talking company, especially the owner Jamie he promised to do compensation, and they told me to be patient it is three months later, and I do not have any compensation for what I had to go through. they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and to the ROC. Caution: Originally, I was pleased with the renovation of my house but as times goes by, having to fight to get promises made but not kept done, the failure by Andres, a top manager, for response, failure to get damage by their workers repaired, causing additional damage to my home is ridiculous for amount of money and referrals I've sent their way - if you have hired them, scrutinize all work they do at that time because they will leave you hanging after the fact! read more

Dustin came over and showed us what we needed. Dustin did a full inspection and demonstrated other areas of the house that needed fixing, including cracks, foundation erosion, and a rotting door. We found Americas Home Pros at a local home show and we were impressed right away. We spoke with Todd and were able to establish what we wanted, and worked with their team to meet our timeline for the project. The project manager Dustin, coordinated our meeting with a designer to help choose a color palette that was HOA approved, and they completed the required documentation on our behalf. All communication was respectful and prompt. When the painters came out, they were busy the entire day. That hasn't always been my experience with other companies. At the end of the day the equipment/supplies were put away. When the project was finished, there was no trace they were ever there,,,all materials and trash were removed. They were polite and respectful not only to my husband and I, but to each other. We hired them to repair some concrete and stucco defects in our homes exterior. I recently decided to repaint my 46 year old house and replace a lot of exterior wood, which had weathered/rotted in the sun and rain over the years and badly needed care. After several bids, I chose to hire Americas Homepros. I was amazed at the level of professionalism and quality, from the initial assessment of the carpenters, the color consultant recommendations, and the quality of all the work. Every day that work was performed, the workers were on time and friendly, and they explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. The site was always clean at the end of the day. One key thing this company does is assign a project coordinator who makes sure everything is on point and on time. My project leader was D.C.. He came out several times to make sure the project was going as planned, and at the end, made sure a few minor issues were resolved. He actually caught the minor issues himself!
