When I spoke to the manager at the Pineville, NC store, the best they could do was schedule another attempt 2 weeks out, with no guarantee of a daytime delivery. I asked to cancel the order and have them pick up the damaged piece. A few minutes later, I got a call saying they could pick up the damaged dresser in 2 days but couldn't deliver a replacement until mid-December. Where's the logic in that? This has been an absolutely unbelievable customer service experience. For a company that calls itself customer-focused, this is unacceptable. They did as well as they could under the circumstances and everyone who was there at the store when it opened got their purchase, though maybe not in the order they had originally queued up. That's a minor ding. And speaking of minor ding, this is "scratch and dent." My chest freezer was clearly used but it's operational, guaranteed for 90 days and I'm sure some "goo gone" will get rid of the marks on it. The folks did not want to be dealing with the public today. Definitely not a bunch of people who were about a minute away from an actual riot. I ended up leaving and telling the guy I would be back with my husband, but sure enough, the more I thought about it, the more I realized I had no desire to buy from this store even if they offered me the best price or deal. When you can't listen and want to push push push, that just pushes me away. Thanks but no thanks. Allan Slaydon helped us both in Oct and also in Jan when we made the upgrade. Allan is very knowledgeable- friendly and not "pushy". He wants his customers to be satisfied. We've not had the new BeautyRest Black for 6 weeks- extremely satisfied. The delivery Team was on-time and very helpful. I'd definitely buy another mattress from America's Mattress and I'd likely ask for Allan Slaydon as my Sales Manager.

Here's how they operate lots of tape measures laying around for you to figure things out yourself. You just come in pick out your stuff, and do not disturb the employees until you're ready to pay.... Sounds great right.... They have a nice selection but the service really sucks..
