I presented them to him and i replied that i wanted $2,000 at least for both of them. He replied in no uncertain terms that he couldn't come close to this. Honestly that's what I was expecting. I am not a crook, I'm an honest citizen, a previous customer, who gave them a good review, the first time. I decided to go back home and think about what else I could do! They didn't tell me any of THAT! They were busy! I opened a Credit Card Dispute on the phone, that evening. I also try to sell one of the pendants, to a friend of mine who like religious stuff, maybe, I can try to dispute the other pendant. After much talking, she decided to buy it for her daughter's graduation. I told her: I'll throw in the box and put a bow on it. I also decided, to keep the other pendant, that didn't fit my original chain, for a gift to my granddaughter's graduation (hopefully she won't see my review, and add a more expensive gold chain from my collection). I closed the dispute! LESSON LEARNED HERE: Make sure you understand the store's policy, before you take out your wallet. I could have been in a worst situation, I am glad, I found other solutions. I spoke to Marcelo who was very nice. I paid a premium for the rifle as it was listed in Very Good Condition on Guns.Com. When I received it the entire exterior was covered in rust which I spent 2 removing. Not a huge deal but the muzzle crown was covered in rust and requires a re-crown. Also the front sight hood that was pictured in the add was not received. I had an extensive email exchange with a woman name Shawna. She wasted a tremendous amount of my time asking stupid questions so I sent her photos (See below) and asked about the sight hood to which she accused me of lying. I asked for a reimbursement for the re-crown ($100) and the sight hood. She told me to pound sand sighting that the fine print at the bottom of the add stated a condition as being GOOD. This rifle was less than good and not mechanically sound. I gave up fighting with her as she clearly has little to no knowledge of firearms and I will eat the repair costs but wanted to let the rest of you know that you should NOT purchase anything from this company online. Inspect the item in person and closely as this company is dishonest and has terrible customer service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! WORST FIREARMS TRANSACTION I'VE HAD IN 35 YEARS BEING IN THE BUSINESS!
