We were immediately greeted by the host and another server arguing over who was going to seat us. Once we were seated and ordered, we waited about 30 minutes for our burgers and fries. When the kids' meals came out, the orders were incorrect, and the basket of fries we received was extremely stale and hard. We let our server know, and she took the fries back. We then waited another 25 minutes for the kids' corrected meals and a new basket of fries. Our server told us that the kids' meals and fries would be comped, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, when the food finally arrived, the fries were once again cold and stale. At that point, we were frustrated and just wanted to leave. Our server brought us the check, and we were shocked to see that everything was still charged. Nothing had been comped as we were told it would be. Mistakes happen, but the combination of poor service, long wait times, incorrect orders, stale food, and then being charged for items we were specifically told would be comped made this a really disappointing experience. We came in as a family hoping to enjoy a meal together and left feeling completely frustrated.

Evenings and weekends garner a larger crowd, but I've never been there when I would consider it "crowded" or uncomfortable.
