Entered the space and found an open space to work at. Took a call inside an open office. All of a sudden, some tough guy (think the douchy high school bully) walks in my office (while I am on a client call) and starts aggressively accusing me of trying to rip them off. Despite showing him my guest pass he starts yelling at me - clearly using his tough guy approach to impress his female assistant. Didnt need this, so I left the office. He starts yelling at me "go back to the streets" Wow, we gonna go there? Wow - is this how you treat prospective clients Sevenco? Nice job with your hiring! Anyway, the place was 90% empty, so clearly their business is suffering. Avoid at all costs. Rather give my money to a ponzi scheme like WeWork than this j#rk.

Intelligent Office is located in a prominent office complex with a convenient commute. Their office is well-equipped and clean. If you are used to working in a pleasant professional / corporate office environment, you'll feel right at home. There are also convenient amenities within the building such as a cafeteria, dry cleaner, travel agency, convenience store, a steakhouse, etc. The pet firm rate is on par with or less than other coworking spaces in the area.

The space and building was extremely clean, easy to navigate and the staff was friendly and helpful. They run the space very professionally and it appears to be very well managed because we had no issues and it was super easy to reserve online. You can rent a private office space monthly, purchase a day pass in their shared co-working room or reserve one of their larger conference rooms. You do not need to be a member to purchase a day pass or reserve a conference room. We spent our time in a conference room because we planned to have both independent work time and collaborative time and didn't want to disrupt others. While we were there is wasn't too busy and perfectly quiet, but I did see quite a few of the private offices filled with businesses. They have a break room area where you can store food, heat food or rinse a dish if needed. They also offer complimentary coffee, tea and water. Everything was well stocked and maintained. Also conveniently it is located right at Crooks and I75 near a Chipotle, Beyond Juicery, Panera, Kerbys Coney, Red Robin and Loccino's so if you need a quick bite or plan a celebratory meal after work/meetings you have options close by. While I don't have any plans for an office soon, I could picture choosing Surge Colab in the future and will definitely be back if I ever need a co-working space again.
