The ice isn't extremely fine and is somewhat crunchy. I had mixed service. The second night, the server was so friendly. The first night, they were in an area that wasn't very lit, and I had ordered their wedding cake flavored one and said that descriptor when ordering instead of "Here Comes the Bride" (couldn't see the name written around the image). The person who was at the window was like, "It's actually called 'Here Comes the Bride'". Sorry When it was made, she kind of threw it at me. I'm currently in a sling from a dislocated shoulder so that really rubbed me the wrong way. The same person the second night forgot one of the topping ingredients to one of our snow cones, too. They serve my hot and tired teenagers with a smile. Teenagers can make some crazy combinations but pineapple is still my favorite. Pinky's is also big about giving back to their community. They donated a sweet little pink bench to our school playground.

Several people including us got the more expensive plastic cup that came with the cheaper refill. Before we bought it, we asked the lady if she would be there all day...that we had a late game and wanted to make sure. She told everyone yes, that she would be there until the end. Well, when our game ended... guess who wasn't there? Had we known she was going to dip out on everyone, we wouldn't have overpaid for the shaved ice. We will not spend our money here again. The girl who was doing samples just sat on her phone and when I asked to sample something she acted as if I was a bother, when I went to go get my topping it was a young white boy with long blonde hair and he is literally rubbing his hands through his hair and tells me to pass my cup to him so he can add the toppings I asked nicely for him to wash his hands and put gloves on because that's just disgusting.
