The greens and black-eyed peas completely stole the show--easily some of the best I've ever tasted. The friendly staff keeps the line moving smoothly. The collard greens may have been cooked with pork, which I don't eat, so I didn't have them--but I did taste them. They were finely cut, well-seasoned, and definitely not from a can. As I was leaving, I was asked about my experience, and I later realized I was speaking with Ms. Gladys herself.
