This review is about more than seeing Tank this morning; this is for the level of professionalism you and your entire staff show when I reached out this morning. I'm not sure if you're aware of the time I called, or the time a return call was given to me, so I'll include that information when I express my gratitude by highlighting my experience with Dr. Reese and her team. Around 20 Jan., Dr. Reese saw my little American Bully buddy Tank. He was diagnosed with an ulcer in his eye. Dr. Reese was thorough with her diagnosis explanation, as well as the treatment best suited for this situation. Moving a little fast from then to now, Tank was on the healing side of his ulcer until this past weekend. Possibly scratched his eye or had something in it. Part of me was hoping this was part of the healing process, but something wasn't right. I called the Animal Hospital Dr. Reese worked at on the morning of 28 Jan., around 0730, concerned Tank's eye was at a state of irreversible damage and possibly causing much more pain to spread due to the swelling. Knowing the office didn't open until 0830, I wanted to be one of the first to receive a callback. To my surprise, I received a call at 0803 letting me know they could see Tank at 1000. Remember, the office opens at 0830 and I received a call at 0803. I arrived at 0930 and was taken to a room. Waiting a very short period of time, Tank was weighed, temperature checked, doctors collaborated on Tank's condition, and I was given the available options with his best interest at heart. With the information I was given, my wife and I was able to decide on Tank's treatment. While we never wanted to be in this predicament, Tank's health and well-being was our, and the doctor's, primary concern. We opted to have his eye removed. Within six and a half hours, I reached out and our little buddy was in and out of surgery. Not to mention, the cost was more than reasonable. Conclusion: We have had many veterinarians in the past, as we have rescued a lot of furbabies. Dr. Reese has quickly become part of our family. Personable and caring, the staff doesn't try to get you "in and out". The doctors don't try to load you up with medicines. Instead, the staff is professional, patient, and understanding. Dr. Reese listens to your concerns, educates and explains any treatments of medical issues, and above all...LOVES your furbabies like her own. To Dr. Reese, thank you, from the bottom our hearts. He was biting (provoked, but still anxious biting, like when he has his collar grabbed), jumping through windows, refusing food and water, tearing up the house and even hurting himself. Dr. Williams took the time to get to know him, and even spent a long while on the phone with me discussing other options for his unusually difficult and somewhat unique case. She got him medicated, which has helped a lot. He has more good days not than he did months ago. She recommended a behaviorist and a trainer. We've also been able to make adjustments to our daily lives that make it easier for our big anxious boy. She even went out of her way to help encourage us, as a lot of owners would have given up on a rescue this large and challenging. It was helpful to hear and gave us hope for our sweet (if fearful) boy. She's clearly a vet that's in her field because she loves it, and that kind of passion is always the source of good treatment and care for your pet.

Our immediate thought was that we could groom our dog on our own; hence the before picture. What that picture doesn't show is the blood from when we tried to clip his nails ourselves. I hated that that happened because I knew that he was in pain and we had to put the cone of shame to keep him from licking it. A few weeks later my neighbor gave me this recommendation. I contacted Brandy via Facebook messenger. She answered in less than a day and told me what she needed and her rates. I told her what had happened with someone in my house trying a home made grooming and she completely understood, but did not make me feel bad about it. I asked her to keep me in mind when she made her way to my neighborhood. She contacted me about 4days later and I made an appointment. I was able to pay her ahead of time and tell my husband that he would not have to trim the dog, again. It worked out perfect she showed up on time and trimmed him all up. I am on active duty and deployed oversees so, knowing that my dog would not have to experience a home hair/nail trim was a big relief. The best part, is that I knew that I would have him groomed up and back in the house without having him in a random crate with other dogs nearby; like in other pet groomers.

As they hadn't responded on Friday I sent an email asking if they had received the certificates and if they were still scheduled for Saturday. Their response on Friday was Yes we are all set. On Saturday, there is no show, and I did not receive any communication. Saturday night I emailed to ask what happened. Received response on Sunday morning that they had said Saturday or Sunday (not true), they did not have my address, but they could do it on Sunday. I sent my address, stated Sunday after 10:30 was fine. No response. No show, no communication. Needless to say, I do not recommend this business as they are unreliable.
