If I can give no stars I would , very very unprofessional staff , owner ... the OWNER of the faculty disrespected my wife and assaulted me and my family. Reason ... Sold me a lemon car and wrote down a 90 day warranty do the car and didn't want to fix the issues . Also requested for a contract copy and were very aggressive into giving me a copy . Have had the car for a month and it's overheated twice , things don't work , key fob doesn't work , and other mechanical issues and don't want to keep their side of the contract of the 90 day warranty . Till this day still don't have a copy of the contract after the altercation and disrespect to my wife in front of my kids . This is not a respectful and honest place to purchase your car . Even if your desperate they will find a way to get you a car and screw your over . Deffinetly dont even look at the cars here , they might be shiny and clean on the outside but their horrible cars !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!! read more

Very professional place of business , I like that the cars are kept indoors protected from weather damage. I went to check them out because they gave me a $500 downpayment coupon which I really helped out my deal. The options they gave me were all really clean and well maintained unlike other dealers I went to prior. I decided to go independent because I needed a good deal and my credit wasn't perfect . Was looking into getting a 2001 Toyota Avalon for my 79 year old Grandma, who, as I stated to the salesperson over the phone, was extremely poor and with money her daughter was giving her; about $5,000. He assured me that there was negotiating room, as I stated it would be a waste of time and gas to go so far to look at something we couldn't afford. Long story short...I was lied to. There was, in addition to no negotiating, a dealers fee of $995, which given the financial circumstances I stated over the phone, one would absolutely expect, that an extra thousand dollars from the point of where I was hoping to negotiate, would make a deal, impossible. Speaking to the salesperson after it was decided we had been lied to, I said to him, "You said there was room for negotiating, What Happened". All I remember is shutting down as he was responding because I could immediately tell I had been had and that it was only their intent to have us come down there and squeeze money from us, of which I spoke quite plainly and directly about us simply not having, again, while on the phone. There was a new manager whom we spoke with as well and he wouldn't budge, even though, I said, that, 'we were told that there was room for negotiating when I was on the phone with his employee.' It was abundantly obvious to me and to my Grandma that they were crooks out to nickle and dime at any cost. They are nice, but absolute liars. When I got the contract for the car to sign I asked why the price went up from the advertised price, he said the price was with 2500 down, when I showed him the advertisement and that was false, he had to go talk to the boss, came back and said that the loan company had a 1250.00 acquisition fee that's why the price went up. I contacted the finance company and they said that was an lie, they never charge a fee to the borrower at any time and I now have this in writing ! This is only one of several things. They advertise low prices but are very deceiving.. They had a car listed for a price and I called them to confirm what their dealer fees were and what the out the door cost would be and then when i went in, they said all their prices listed online are financing prices and after $2500. Then he proceeded to tell me that's how all the competitors do it which was the biggest lie because I called their competitors while I was there and proved them wrong. After reading some of the other reviews, i can tell, I am not alone. Jerry was a nice guy but the other guy in the office with the darker hair, i think his name is Alex, is absolutely rude and will do everything he can do rip you off. read more

Walked in interested in purchasing a car listed at $7,480 online. I went back and forth with the sales people about maybe financing the car or paying in full. After finding out that the financing would be $184 a month for five years, I made the decision to buy the car in full. When the signing of the papers came around, the car sales man just had to add that there would be an extra $2,500 charge to the car. The sales person explained that they reserve the right to add more money to the price as long as there is a disclaimer online. I did not purchase the car because they decided to at the last moment, bring up the extra cost. Not once when going back and forth about financing, did they bring up the charge and that is why I am unhappy with the auto salesman. Be ready to receive the news that the car listing is not what it really is online. read more

Just bought a new black challenger! I've been wanting this car for a while now and I don't know much about cars. These guys really made me feel comfortable with my purchase showing me how everything is in perfect working condition during and after the test drive, they even offered mechanics for me to bring so that I'm sure before I buy. I really appreciated the honesty. The car is amazing and my payments are perfect (really low interest rate). They treated me like family and that's something you don't see nowadays. These people are misleading and like to beat around the bush. I'm specifically referring to the sales people here. I found a car i liked online, contacted them, and received a prompt response from a sales person. The car was priced very aggressively and i was told that with $1000 i could drive it home. I took the day off to drive an hour in traffic from the cutler ridge area to see and buy the car. When I got there, i was pressured into looking at other cars while waiting forever. While waiting, i noticed on of the employees had a white powder still on the tip of his nose. When the car finally got there is when i found out the rebuilt the motor. Long story short... despite the huge sign out front that says $1000 down and drive, they told me i needed to put down $2000 for the car they are selling for $3900. They refused to work with me so i had to ask: "Why couldn't you just tell me you needed $2k from the start on the phone if you didn't need to run my credit anyway?" I got no answer to this as its obvious that no one there valued my time. Best suggestion, If you got $1000 or $2000, go finance a car at a real dealership. read more
