On Thursday 8/25/11, I contacted One Call Plumbing located in Morgantown concerning a plumbing…read moreproblem my son was having in his apartment. Specifically, I contacted them to repair/replace the faucet in tub/shower which was not working properly. Arrangements were made with Josh from One Call to be at the job site on 8/30/11 at 2:30 p.m. and I re-confirmed the evening of 8/29/11 with Josh that everything was in order and on schedule. By approximately 3:30 p.m. on 8/30/11, One Call had not shown or called. I called their office and was told Josh was in or had gone to the hospital. I inquired why they had not called to inform me of this and instead left my son waiting for them. I informed them that it is good business practice and/or common courtesy to let customers know when/if a problem occurs and further inquired if someone else could come. I was told another one of their plumbers was on a job which was taking longer than expected and they would check with him to see if could make it to the site that same afternoon. A little after 5:00 p.m., that plumber was on his way to my son's apartment when he called my son telling him that his boss told him to clock out for the day and he would come tomorrow (8/31/11) at 2:30 p.m. On 8/31/11, at approximately 2:10 p.m., the plumber called my son telling him that his boss said not to do the job. There was no explanation as to why. I would not suggest you call this company for any work since they do not respect their customers and if they do not respect their customers enough to call and instead leave you waiting for a plumber that will not show, how you can trust that they would do any job properly or stand behind their work. I urge you to call anyone else and I can extrapolate that their actions indicate why they are not listed on Service Magic or Angie's List. To be listed would require more professionalism and dedication to service.

They came out and looked then cancelled first repair date, said they'd call the next day to arrange for key, have not heard from them since. Also, guy emphasizes he's a "pastor", I guess to make you think he is honorable and trustworthy. Don't believe it.

Dylan and his crew listened when I told them the things around the outgoing pile that did not go. They took only what they were supposed to. They went above and beyond getting rid of the heat registers in the most advantageous way for me. Gravel in the driveway looks great. The process of getting an estimate and getting them out here went smoothly. Got everything done quickly. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend
