I'm not paid by this business, I'm not related, I didn't know the owners before I contacted them, no affiliation with the company, etc... Just my personal and honest review. I did a lot of research before I decided on a company to replace the roof on my 18yr old house. I read the reviews of roofers in the Fort Collins area, and this led me to call Pride for a quote and suggestions. I met with Christian, who was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the quote and the discussions we had on options for the project. He seemed genuinely excited about the project, and I felt very happy with the final decisions I made with lots of welcomed input from Christian. But, most importantly I didn't feel like I was being upsold or pressured at all. We were working together to reach my vision and cost for the project. I went with a high quality architectural shingle and steel front porch roofing. On the date of installation they came out, introduced themselves, and had my roof off and mostly completed within a day. They were very careful to schedule around possible rain and kept me updated on schedule, and I appreciate it as I'd rather have it done correctly than quickly. The end result is extremely impressive, see the pictures. I can't say enough about how good of a job they did. Christian stayed connected with me throughout the project. Also Tanner and Jalen, project managers, were always willing to accommodate my requests, and I had many. The entire experience was very customer focused and the results show great attention to detail. After the job was completed I flew my drone up there to get pictures. I've already gotten neighbors and family asking who did my roof, who makes those shingles, etc... I'm so impressed I have already started talking to Christian about other upcoming construction jobs I'd like to do. I don't think you can go wrong with these guys if you have half the experience I had. They are top notch, using top quality products and very experienced crews, (I had a shingle crew and steel roofing crew). Moving from Las Vegas, NV to Loveland, CO, our realtor strongly recommended getting our garage and driveway's concrete sealed and protected from the snow and winters (which we were told to expect to be quite cold!) because the Magnesium Chloride used in the snow melt out here actually eats away at any concrete whenever it melts from the underside of your minivans and pools, sits and evaporates on the concrete surface. So I began the process of researching concrete treatment thinking I'd try to DIY it myself first. However I quickly discovered that it just isn't that easy and that professionals use tools such as an electric caulking gun that applies consistent compound without a complete mess - which was my first result. I calculated that it is a worthwhile investment that would prevent inevitable damage if left untreated. So I researched online, selected the best reviewed businesses and scheduled interviews with quotes. Sprague Structural Solutions was the only one that seemed like a real reputable business. The other two were more one-man businesses who also did other projects, operating out of their truck on their cell with no other employees. For us and our investment, we wanted to really hire the best just in case we had any issues in the future. Although Sprague Structural Solutions happened to be the most expensive, I felt most comfortable that they would do the job correctly - and only one time needed to do it. They provided the best materials to educate myself on their processes, workmanship and warranties they offered. For both the appointments (surface sealant treatment and joint sealant application) a team of professionals came with a company branded covered trailer with specialty tools and various products for the surface pre-treatments and product applications. At that time I knew we made the right decision to hire this company that specializes in this work. Only time will tell how well the treatments will hold up - but it's nice to know that they are there and available should we have any questions or concerns in the future. Lastly, everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Sprague Structural Solutions and only wish that every business I deal with acted in the same way.

I had multiple contractors come out to give us a bid. When Dillman came to give a bid he took extra time to talk with me and make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He didn't just whip out a tape measure and give me a price. During this process it was discovered that what I wanted wasn't in the budget but he gave me options that would accomplish my curb appeal goals while addressing the structural problems. And he never made me feel bad for having a budget. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. His price was fair. It doesn't look like primer was even used. They charged more than 7K to redo the cabinets (see receipt). When we bought the house we found the receipt which said there was a 3 year warranty. When we went to Loveland Cabinet Refinishing to ask them to honor the warranty, they refused. An honorable business would stand by the quality of their workmanship. This business did not do so.
