My husband hit a deer with our truck and it wiped out the front of the vehicle. State Farm jerked us around for 4 weeks until the vehicle went into the body shape for repairs. Unkown to us at the time...items were stolen out of our vehicle during this process and State Farm is forcing us to pay another deductible to cover the cost of the stolen items. Apparently our initial deductible to repair the truck wasn't enough for them. This has been a NIGHTMARISH experience in not only with this Hortonville Wisconsin agent but State Farm as a whole and I would not recommend to anyone I know to utilize their so-called insurance expertise. Their quick to take your monthly premiums year after year but when it comes time for them to step up...they will leave you frustrated and disappointed. DO NOT seek this Agent out or the Company he works for. We have NEVER EVER been treated so poorly. Find an insurance company and local agent that will treat you with the respect you deserve because you surely won't get it from Dan Gassner and his Hortonville Wisconsin office.
