I have just purchased a Medicare Supplemental High Deductible Plan F policy. The plan does not become effective until June 1st, therefore I have not yet experienced claims service. I will only comment on the excellent, courteous and helpful conversation with Jessie Fish. I do not recall if she works at the Appleton, Wisconsin Operations Center or the Minneapolis, Minnesota Corporate Offices. She spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone answering all of my questions about the policy, and I decided to purchase. Should I discover as time goes by that my claims experience (or anything else) is below par, I will update this review. However, just based on the expert and knowledgeable help I received, along with "A++ A.M. Best" review as well as a low-cost policy premium, I am willing to try them out. For the excellent help and information about their policy that I received on the phone, I give a 5-star review. After I have experienced several months of claims service, I will update this review.

I reported it to two insurance commissioners of WI, the Nation, the governors office, president Biden & Trumps administration, state representatives, the senate & congressmen of all states, the federal & local courts and all they do is shuffle paperwork around and close my cases. they have yet to pay out my fathers two life insurance plans for the sale of his business and he died in 2001. it was collateral in case the person buying the business Bruce Ward Loberg died before paying off the buyout. They knew exactly where to find me I was a policy holder with them.

For the six years I've been going there, Jason has always done my taxes and he couldn't be any better or easier to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and will answer any questions you have. I've even called him in the middle of the year to ask his advice before making financial decisions. Even though they work with corporate accounts, they never make me feel like my business is less important. When I call for an appointment, I'm able to get in right away and my taxes are usually done in about a week. I love this place and the people who work there. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an accountant.
