He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and will answer any questions you have. I've even called him in the middle of the year to ask his advice before making financial decisions. Even though they work with corporate accounts, they never make me feel like my business is less important. Do you know the feeling of frustration when you call an 800 number, wait a while to speak to…read moresomeone, explain your problem, they tell you that you're talking to the wrong department, transfer you, you start your story over again, they give you information and you hang up only to learn it wasn't right and you have to call back and start all over again? Amplify that, pair it with VoIP taxes to complicate matters and then feel stuck to stay because you THINK you're almost through the bad parts and it's been such a long, terrible process that you can't fathom starting over, but want to because you've had such an awful experience that you're so mad to write them checks monthly. It's not been great- it's still not great and there is really not anyone who wants to see anything through. They're too big. Too busy. It's too much. Look elsewhere.

Even after a long history as customers they suggested that we seek another accounting firm as soon as there was trouble. We definitely got the feeling that this is a fair-weather accounting firm. If you get one of their better accountants you may have a better experience however recently their prices have skyrocketed so as a result of our poor experiences we have decided to move on to a company that concentrates on customer service and reliable accounting.
