Just logged in after doing a deposit (savings only) on mine and my husband's account and saw we've been charged a monthly fee. did the IM service and they told me since husband is the 'primary' person on the account he needs to set up and do his log in and change it - that I'm not allowed to. (I take care of all finances - didn't realize there was even a need to have two separate logins for the same account!!) I handle all our finances and basically they're telling me I can't change a monthly statement coming to the house and costing us each time they do it to an e-statement. Even with both our names on the account. Because he's the 'main' account holder. Needless to say they will be losing our business and next week we'll go, pull out all our money and take our business (just a savings account) elsewhere. Probably been there 10 years roughly. They won't be using our money any longer for their investment purposes as we mostly just used it as a separate, convenient savings account locally.

We are renovating a larger home in practically every room. By the time we are done, the flooring, carpets, area rugs, and bathroom tile the costs will exceed $100,000.00. Now, how valuable is a rude sales clerk that offends a customer repeatedly losing sales like ours? This is especially disappointing when you try earnestly to do business at the local level!
