I have resisted having auto pay because their…read morebills vary from month to month from 253 up to 500 something dollars without warning and for no reason so when I call, I have to tell all my stuff to one person then she turns me over somebody else and again have to reiterate everything and then I wanna ask for a manager they say there's nothing they can do for me even though I've been with them for 20 Years., I have always paid my bill on time. Apparently that when I got my new iPhone 16 Pro Max this year the cases we got they didn't bother to put them into the payment plan so now they say that that's due so I gave them an extra $106 but they said that that's what caused my bill to double into $500 and if I hadn't stopped auto pay, they would've taken that amount out and cause issues for me. I spent several hours on the phone being transferred after telling my story over and then to a manager and she said there's nothing she can do for me even though I threatened to leave I want to pay off my phones and I want to go if anybody on here can tell me somewhere that's actually good in Jacksonville, Florida. I will be closing out my AT&T who doesn't seem to care that I've been through all this. They are extremely unprofessional. Everybody tells me something different and do not use auto pay because they will randomly double your bill which you might even not see because you don't get an actual bill in the mail and then they'll take it out I'm just done after 20 years. I really hope somebody can tell me who the best is because I am tired of the worst. Thank you.
