I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH, EVEN IF IT WERE FREE! I had a problem at the West Monroe location because they were having mechanical issues. My license plate had already been scanned and verified before the attendant informed me about the problem. I said, "No big deal, I'll just go to the Monroe location." When I arrived at the Monroe location, I was told I had exceeded my daily wash limit. Keep in mind, I pay for an unlimited wash membership. According to them, however, "unlimited" means one wash per day. This is where it gets interesting. I questioned the attendant about it, and he seemed just as surprised. The next thing I knew, a young guy walked over, introduced himself as the regional manager, and immediately acted as if I was upset. He started explaining the terms and conditions. I told him, "You don't have to do all that." Instead, he stepped toward me, got in my face, and said, "But I am." I asked him what his issue was and reminded him that no one was upset--it was just a car wash. I also told him to stop acting like a jerk. He then asked what I wanted, and I simply replied, "Cancel all of my memberships." He walked away. Again, I do not recommend this place. Between what I believe is deceptive "unlimited wash" advertising and the way customers are treated--especially by the regional manager--I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Don't go there unless you're looking for driver side washed only. They are ripping people off taking money for whole car washed and right side brushes are broken. Not disclosing their carwash is broken before paying when oinly the left side brushes are working is highway robbery. Then they call you a liar for pointing it out, telling me it was impossible. The brushes on the right are not operating. It washes only the left side. Good news is it'll be fixed in 2-3 days, while you have to go elsewhere to get right side clean. And customer service is atrocious at best. Amershine owners are crooks and robbing people for the next 2-3 days, at least. read more

This review is for Amerishine Carwash. This address is the former location of Dream Carwash West. I have experience working at an express car wash (not this location). My wife and I were both monthly members with Dream. However, they lacked the tools and amenities we desired for a full interior and exterior self care outcome. We cancelled. When we saw Amerishine replace this business, I came back one day to give the new folks a try. Here's what I found: Removed: -prep area amenities (brush and block sponge for removing bugs and tar before your wash). -Buff and Dry at the end of the tunnel (it never worked anyway; I dont miss it). Kept: -Window cleaner -Vacuums (2 different heads) -compressed air -Various Levels of washes -good customer service -chemicals and amenities in the tunnel. -pre-wash brushing on your car (you can ask them to not is you desire). Added: -Towels (number 1 requested amenity at the wash I worked at years ago.) -Fragrance spray -Interior cleaner spray -Interior carpet cleaner (not recommended. One dry, one wet, and 2 dry cycles still left the matts dripping wet. Go to auto-zone or something and but a bottle of matt shampoo and do it yourself while here. -Ability to retract vertical wraps, tire shine, or any other undesired tunnel functions. (Second most request feature at the wash I worked at). After testing them out and seeing the added amenities, my wife and I became monthly members again. They cut the monthly prices for the top wash by about 30% (down from $40 per car to $28.99 per car). We are happy. NOTE: The attached images are a result of the top wash on my 2019 Honda Accord with a full body wrap retract followed by 2 hours in the lot using ONLY their towels, window cleaner, interior cleaner, compressed air, and matt wash. The tunnel is only the first half of the battle. Their products will make your car look good, but you have to be willing to put in the work. They're only an express carwash so your car will only look as good, inside AND out, as you make it. I'm willing to put in the work myself using complementary amenities and spend $29/month over a full service wash giving me the same results at $55/visit. read more

If I could take away stars I would. The only good thing I have to say about this fly by night operation is that the new site manager tried her hardest to accommodate an asset. This company inconsistent pay structure for the sales rep is why I'm no longer there I personal left my job and came over for an unlimited opportunity here that I would be paid weekly plus commission every week. Well of course I am that person who will go above and beyond to assist, satisfy, and make it possible the CORRECT way. It's over 90 degrees every day pouring with sweat I made it happen. I guess I done something that they never experienced before which made them penalize me as an elite closer to change the commission structure after I've worked my +$# off for unlimited opportunity. I would never agree to a job for 12 bucks an hour but if you tell me that someone who is use to making 40-50k a year to come be themselves and make it easy I'm on my way 3-4 an hour means 21-25$ that's more of what I had interested and what I worked for. Guess what I made it happen. The big guys called down and had the manager to verify my activation which is expected thats why I deliver the best. I didn't lose any all solid strong activation and was paid on all that week. Sooooo they decided to change the pay structure to not getting a commission for 1 entire month after the activation RED FLAG. I'm now being penalized for doing what they need their way. I immediately came to management and stated that this is not business and its only to take away what we are working for ( she agreed) and went to back for me because she knew it was not business. I made it very clear that if you are making me wait 4 weeks what will happen when I am no longer an employee?!? Are you guys going to pay me 4 weeks after I leave otherwise you are asking me to stand in the heat for 12.00. While I'm at it if you do not work 8 hours you are not allowed a lunch and a 15 min break that's mandatory by law. Well to conclude I let it go because I can't pay bills on 400 bucks a week. Here we are it's time for the 30 day mark after the activation I check in with the manager and ask about my earned commission while I was employed before I signed the documents. As l stated as to why I'm no longer employed bc they don't want to pay. I am not getting commissions bc I chose not to work for a company that holds unethical practices. read more

Beware! If you use a credit/debit card to pay for your wash, check your bank statements for future monthly charges! I was signed up without my knowledge or consent for a $29.99/month wash pass, the ONE TIME I got my car washed here. I didn't notice the charges until a couple months had passed...had I known I was in some car wash club, I'd have at least gotten a few washes for my money! Super pissed about this BS, and will be contacting someone in management to lodge a formal complaint. read more

My service here was absolutely deplorable thanks to the assistant manager Richard Randels! He is the rudest most incompetent manager I have ever run in to. He goes out of his way to make sure you don't feel comfortable and uses his power of being manager for no good. I do not know what the difference is between the West Monroe location and the Munro location... I live in Calhoun Louisiana but I'd rather go to the Monroe location because I get a more thorough car wash... With less streaking and less dirt left behind... And almost always all the vacuums are working 100%... At the West Monroe location it is hit and mess with the car wash and usually about 50% of the vacuums are working read more
