Coincidentally; Reliable was the recovery service each time. When we could prove this legally, we were sent a text: We will see you soon. That morning at 1:38am the recovery agent Trespassed and destroyed two electrical poles with Transformers. $15,000 per transformer $30,000 per pole, and to boot now the cops won't even give us his insurance info for our Lawyer to sue. Austin was a godsend! Quick response, friendly, and professional. An object on the road blew out…read moreour tire three hours earlier, and then our spare tire blew out leaving us stranded roadside. Not only did Tactical Towing load our vehicle onto the back of its bed and take it to our repair location of choice, but they also have extended cab trucks so that passengers can ride along with their vehicle. Our home was en route to where our vehicle was being repaired, so he dropped off my wife and son with our luggage, before traveling on. So grateful that they pay the extra insurance that they can, and are willing, to do what they did. While the tow was paid for through our insurance, his pricing is lower than other services but they offer more. No doubt they are the best value within a 100 mile radius. There was no better ending to a blown tire event.
